Only been a week but I'm very happy with the results. There were some hiccups along the way, specifically some electrical issues after install but Luis was very accommodating and quick to offer a resolution. When I arrived at the shop, I asked Ji about the difference between the tint I had selected and the next level up. He took the time to explain the differences and gave me a demonstration without making me feel pressured or trying to upsell me. I really appreciated that. After seeing the demo for myself, I decided to go with the upgraded tint. I picked up my RAV4 a couple of hours later and was very happy with the results. While I was there, I also asked Ji about PPF for my Toyota Tacoma. Once again, he demonstrated the product, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel pressured into purchasing anything. After seeing the product firsthand, I decided to schedule my Tacoma to have the roof wrapped in PPF the following week. What I appreciate most about Ninetailz is that they don't try to upsell you. They explain the different products and options, answer any questions you have, and let you decide what works best for you. That type of customer service really stood out to me.

Ji and the team at Ninetailz Motorsports completely set the standard with my 2024 Tesla Model 3. I initially brought it in for a full front-end PPF package using XPEL Ultimate film--covering the hood, front bumper, fenders, headlights, and mirrors. I left it overnight, and when I picked it up the next day, I was blown away by the craftsmanship. It looked so good that I ended up coming back a few weeks later to get the front windshield tinted! What really blew me away, though, was Ji's follow-through. He asks you to bring the car back after a week so he can inspect the work, catch any tiny air bubbles, and make sure everything cured flawlessly. Awesome service, unbeatable work ethic, and a super smooth experience from start to finish. I can't recommend Ji and his crew enough!

Ordinarily I would have done this myself in the past but I didn't have time or the inclination. I found Aegis via Yelp, and super glad I did. The owner was there, answered my questions and gave me a very good price on a pair of JBL 6 x 9 speakers that would fit and included installation would take about an hour. Sold!! The owner has over 25 years of car stereo installation business with his family in prior locations in Long Beach and Garden Grove and that was evident watching him work. He knew exactly the sequence to disassemble the door panels, removing screws and attachments quickly, then with the door panel off, he removed the old speakers from their spacer mounts and replaced them with the new JBL 3 way Stage 1 962M speakers. They were a perfect fit! Cutting and adapting the wiring was a cinch, and after 30 minutes he had the passenger side done. Rinse and repeat with the driver's side and everything was buttoned up in an hour as promised The Sienna's JBL 10 speaker stereo system has never sounded better even when new to us. I had already refoamed the rear 8" JBL OEM subwoofer and together there was plenty of clean, clear audio output with solid bass from front and rear speakers. Excellent work, professionally done, at a very agreeable price considering his and my time. Highly recommended for honest service, quality products, and professional installation. He's definitely going to be in my car audio referral list for my other cars and anyone who needs help in La Habra and surrounding communities. While the shop looks small from the outside, it has room for 2-3 cars in a very spacious inside garage work area complete with tools and supplies. The arcade game is a plus in the waiting room! Thanks again for the great installation job and quick turnaround! Bart

I brought my car and Bill the owner inspected the Xpel stealth paint protection film on my front bumper. The price seemed fair and I quoted the price to the female who backed into me and she zelled me the money directly verses me filing a claim against her Automobile Club insurance and penalizing her with a higher premium.
