The receptionist was detached , uncaring and did nothing to help. Don't want to go someplace that is unorganized and lacks compassion. I had a terrible first experience myself. The doctors may be nice and the general dental assistants are fine, but the lack of patient concern and lack of empathy for the trouble they created was unbelievable. NOT worth the hassle. MOST dental offices are not like this, Pass on this one and find a dental office that cares.

The staff is kind and reassuring and very nice. The hygienists are friendly and gentle, and they do a great job with my teeth. They take to time to explain what they are doing and why. (Some places just clean and scrape and then you're out the door!) My mouth feels clean and great when they are finished. Dr. Scott Ardnt is friendly and very gentle, they use the latest new tools and equipment - I think he likes to get new "toys" for his office. The best thing is they never try to push you into a treatment you don't need. They will offer other options when possible too. He is also great with kids. We have taken all of our children there and not one is afraid of dental work! If you need a great dentist, check our this office.
