The doctor seemed pretty scetchy, not caring. I wonder how knowledgeable also. I would strongly suggest looking on.

Any temporary reduction in symptoms due to what I believe was parasympathetic activation evaporated in days. The end result was zero long term benefit. This was the second round of VSEL, the first was at Dr. Todd Ovokaitys' office which was also unsuccessful.

The doctor promised a whole-person assessment, including bloodwork, labs, and brain scans (EEG), which he said would be used to create a personalized treatment plan. None of this ever happened. Most of the labs were never ordered. The promised follow-up sessions to review results and build a plan never occurred. My son was vulnerable, honest, and upfront. He disclosed things that were clear contraindications--something that should have been carefully considered. Yet, the doctor pushed him to begin intensive ITMS brain treatments the very next day, without any labs conducted, results, or further assessment or a specific plan in place. After only a few sessions, my son had a severe reaction that should have stopped treatment, Yet,  No pause. No reassessment. No care. Over the course of 20 treatments (twice a day, five days a week), the doctor has promised to meet with him twice to evaluate progress during the first 20 treatments. He met with him one time and it was brief and nothing changed. At the end of the $6,100 charge for 20 treatments , they pushed a $5,000 "monthly special"--another 20 sessions--with the same vague promise that more is better. My son spent over $11,000 and still never received a treatment plan, lab results, or a meaningful conversation with the doctor. This wasn't healing. It was harmful. My son's symptoms worsened, and the doctor was virtually absent. This clinic is a textbook example of negligence. The promises made were never fulfilled, the assessments were never completed, and the care was non-existent. These providers are dangerous

My only complaint is about their receptionists. They are rude, unhelpful, and always have a poor attitude. I have only had a good experience with one of them (the one that works the weekends). My other family members have had the same experience with the front desk. Book online & see the chiropractors! They are both amazing & get you results.

There is a lot I could say about this business; and, in fact, I did, but I found that Yelp simply…read moredidn't have the room for all that I wanted to say, so I decided to write a much more simple review. Dr. Cerami is a fantastic chiropractor who also is knowledgeable in muscle testing. His clinic also has two hypobaric chambers (HBOT), laser therapy, and Frequency Specific Microcurrent (FSM). The building also houses a massage therapist, a psychiatrist, and a nutritionist. While the name of the business has 'sports' in it, you do not necessarily need to be engaged in some kind of a sport to receive services. Unlike other medical offices, this one runs on time. You have your appointment and 95% of the time you will be in at the time of that appointment. The office does not accept insurance of any kind, but will give you a copy of any receipts you might need if you would like to try submitting them to your own insurance company. While this might be a deal breaker for some people, I have found that there is a massive difference in the care and customer service from a medical office that doesn't accept insurance verses one that does. I don't have enough room to do a full 'personal experience' review; however, I will be forever grateful that I found Utah Sports and Wellness (USW). Through the use of FSM I was able to get answers to pain and medical issues that eluded me and other medical professionals. It would not be too much to say that FSM saved my life, because I was at the point where I didn't think I could live another 40+ years with what I was going through. My own story is an abnormality in comparison with people who might normally walk through his door, but it's a solid place for me to recommend USW to anyone and everyone. It's Dr. Cerami's goal to get his patients out of pain as quickly as possible so they can get on with their lives, not to have them coming to his office three times a week for years on end. I have found Dr. Cerami to be knowledgeable and honest. I cannot recommend him highly enough.

I had to finally find a new PCP for my aging mother. We were with WFM for a few years. Through 2…read moreexchanges of ownership or management. We mostly saw APRN Lindsey Martinez who is kind and seemed to be a good listener, but after a nurse in training who was shadowing Miss Martinez said something about moms prescription being too large of a dose, APRN Martinez had to stop, go over moms medication notes and indeed admitted "oh yes, that is a mistake" then adjusted the prescription. It was not very reassuring and to be honest I am thankful for that shadowing nurse. Whoever she was she was a godsend because after that visit I began taking notes of our interactions. Researching mom's meds, so I could be informed. On one visit I questioned why mom was on Metformin and Metoprolol when she only has high blood pressure not high blood sugar and if we could eventually wean mom off of all 4 of them when she gets her blood pressure under control. I was told some BS about mom needing to be on all of them. I can call it BS because the new doctor I found closer to our new home questioned why mom was on those exact blood sugar medications and said he would like to take her off them on our first visit with him. He kept her on the two blood pressure meds and I am tracking her progress for our next visit. There was also a lot of confusion with scheduling. When mom had been in last and what she had been in for. I had to tell them what she had done on the last visit from my notes. They would give my mom cortisone shots for her bad knee whenever mom would ask for it. Mind you mom has early signs of short term memory loss, so she wouldn't remember when her last visit was. Only that her knee was in pain and that the shot helped. Once they gave her 2 injections in one month. That was the last straw because from what I researched you should not have another cortisone shot for at least 3 months from your last cortisone injection. It can cause more damage than good. Our new doctor confirmed that those injections should only be given 3 times a year. 4 at the most. Do your due diligence and find someone you connect with and listens to you. You have to advocate for yourself and your loved one's. I'm glad I finally found a doctor I believe genuinely cares about helping people and listens to their needs.

Not a five star rating for a pediatric practice especially.
