Their is not unlimited resources to provide all the testing, nor all the medical care which the client may need or desire for lo/no cost (unless the client absorbs the extra costs). The revenue which is provided to the clinics, is highly concentrated for the benefit of the patients. Clinics and staff do their best with the resources that are available to them. Curtis V. I have traveled out of the country, and have been treated in hospitals/clinics which resemble 1960s Army hospitals. These countries spend their money on the best medical care possible, and only require a sound and safe building. Their are no T.Vs, limited chairs, grey walls, long waits, and no frills, however state of the art medical equipment (Cat Scans, digital Cardiac Cath Labs, MRIs,laboratory Science etc.) and top notch Doctors & Specialist.
