I received the Soul Stroke Massage and found the entire experience to be carefully constructed and administered from start to finish. Being my first massage in this setting, I was a bit apprehensive initially, but the staff's straightforward professionalism and the comforting environment quickly allowed me to enter a peaceful mindstate. The service has had lasting effects as well, as I've felt what I thought were lingering aches and ailments rescinding recently, presumably due to the expert massage care. I'd recommend Venus Escape to anyone seeking a massage without all the spa trendiness or large retail operation pretentiousness.

However, the problem (which is circled) says it was redeemed on June 7th 2021. I also understand that on your end it says I can still book an appointment. However, what I'm hoping you will understand is that you never returned my call or email to let me know what you see. There was no effort to explain to me what was going on until I posted to Yelp. If there was no communication, how was I to know what my options were? Update: after Stephanie's response, I still find myself wishing this problem could have been solved when I contacted the business directly. Stephanie claims that she doesn't know what I'm talking about, but if she reviewed my prior email, she would have seen the problem I noticed on my end. Image is now attached to this review. I bought a Groupon for a 60 minute massage. I didn't use it for a while, but it didn't expire until 8-13-21. In July I went to claim my Groupon, but it said I already booked and had my massage session (I never did). On 7/27 I emailed the studio m asking about the issue (included a screenshot as well) and never heard back. Then, on 8/3 I called and left a voicemail and again never heard back. Extremely disappointed in the customer service and the fact that I lost my money.

The form asked some good questions about what kind of music I wanted during my session and temperature preferences, and whether I wanted the table heated and everything was just as I had requested. I highly recommend a visit!

My boyfriend bought me a Groupon here as part of my Christmas present. It took 2-3 weeks for…read moresomeone to get back to my emails/phone calls. After finding out the only one massage therapist accepted Groupon and that she doesn't work on the one day off, we attempted to get a refund through Groupon (this happened over the course of several months). Awhile later, Groupon informed us that they had contacted the therapists and were told that two therapists were now accepting groupons! I'm finally able to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, I had to cancel it very last minute due to my boyfriend needing emergency surgery. I provided proof including date and time of the surgery to demonstrate that it actually happened. I blocked out all of the person info. Several weeks go by after I sent this email and numerous voice mails. I finally hear back from Jennifer saying the evidence wasn't sufficient, I should have reached out earlier while the emergency was going on. Then she tells me that they've had issues with me in the past and will not be accepting me as a client. Which, the issue was that they only had one therapist accepting Groupons... apparently I caused a problem by not making an appointment due to scheduling incapatabilities. She also was very upset that we had contacted Groupon and complained about not being able to reach her. She then asked me never to contact them again. Not once has she answered a phone call or voicemail. I have been trying to talk to her for the past two weeks, and she will only communicate via email. And that takes several weeks. I have never had a place treat me so poorly and will be going out of my way to make sure my friends and family don't visit this awful place.
