I had my Maverick 88 warrantied by them to correct a light primer strike. I'm very happy with both the results and the feedback that they gave me as to how the process was going. The gun is working very well now. They took the time to listen to my concerns and addressed all my concerns including adequate testing of the fix. The only negative, and I want to stress it is caused by factors beyond their control, is the long time it took to get repaired. Basically, warranty work in Canada from the big manufacturers will result in very long delays, because they (the manufacturers) provide very few warranty service centres, don't seem to stock many parts in Canada, and have a very cumbersome system to get parts into Canada. Basically, if you need warranty repairs on your shotgun, you will lose a season waiting to get it repaired. read more
