Where do I start... We were young, looking for a home and had a baby on the way. We go to view a home that we were told was from 2017 by the salesman. We get there and the sign says that it is a 2016. No big deal could have just been a misreading by the salesman. We go to sign our paperwork and the address is incorrect on everything along with the year of the home showing 2015 instead. We found out the address was incorrect when we tried to call the electric company to turn the electricity on. We brought that to their attention and they just did white out on the contract and wrote the other address. (I attached the contract where it shows the wrong address and the message of me letting the salesman know this) Well one day I just pulled our address up on google to look at the street view and I find a listing of our home for $10,000 less that what they sold it to us for. I am so certain that they sold us the wrong house (based on the problems with the year and the address) and just went with it after they noticed because they knew they would be making a huge commission off of it. On top of that they lied about what our monthly note would come out to. They said we would be paying around 700 to 800 a month with both house and land. After everything we ended paying 1000 a month!!! I attached the pictures where the manager Jme Blanchard said he would put us right at 700. Outside of this issue, they told us they would do our first mow. Cool! Well they said they could not do it because it had just rained. Little did we know, the land we were thrown on to lease by them stays flooded year round. I made multiple attempts to mention this problem being that it was their property. We could not maintain it because of how bad it was. They want you to come out of pocket to fix their property. I have attached the replies from what seems to be a very uneducated salesman. They had a hard time putting words together for a sentence. The steps they provided were also rotted and my husband ended up falling off of them from the top onto the unit when they fell apart! Fast forward into 2020... If you think your lease with the land is permanent think again. That contract you signed means nothing to them. When 2020 came around they raised the price of the lease amount and threatened to kick you off if you did not pay the new amounts. Do NOT lease land with them. Do not buy from them period. They are an absolute nightmare to deal with. They only care about making the sale, and nothing further. I've been dealing with a leaking roof/ceiling since I moved into the home a year now. Reconsider doing any business with them. They are unprofessional and do shabby repair work. If you are looking to get a manufactured home look elsewhere. read more

I purchased my mobile home at the end of June 2019. Kayla Blanchard was my salesperson and her husband Jamie was also there to answer questions if Kayla was unavailable. Kayla handled everything for us with the finance company and helped guide us in getting all the paperwork and documents we needed. It was definitely a GREAT HELP!!! We had our mobile home custom built from the manufacturer and Kayla walked us through every custom option choice we had. Took about 8 weeks to build. Our home is absolutely beautiful!!! It was so rainy and wet I was worried we wouldn't be able to get home our delivered and set up. But these guys brought in mats and got it delivered, tied down and fixed minor issues due to travel in ONE afternoon. We called the A/C people and had air before the weekend! After getting moved in we noticed a few issues. Water leaking under home and one a/c vent not blowing. (Normal issues in my opinion) I called Worldwide and spoke with their repair dept, they had someone at my home to fix the problems within a few days!! We loved Kayla, Jamie, Megan and really everyone we had to speak to and have since referred other friends to Worldwide. read more

On November 16th 2020 my girlfriends patents bought us a 2019 Clayton Homes Farmhouse and from the beginning we had many issues. When we bought the home and it was delivered to us it was missing a bunch of items the guy who came to do the trim out had to go find a lot of items . We were missing a drawer and the sales person told me it was a microwave drawer till i sent him a picture of it that there was no way and he had to order it for us. Then two weeks later we had to go pick it up and my girlfriend had to install it. Then we we hired a plumber to run all our pipes we had to go buy pipes from home depot because they were missing. Then we were missing fitting and i had to go pick them up. Then when they had there guy come install our power pole they never put concrete in the hole and did not hook it up properly . When the city inspector came by the house he asked the guys for there licence and they did not have one. He told us that we had to hire a licenced electrician to check it, Luckily we did it was not installed properly. On one good note they did refund our money for electrician . Every issue we have had we have emailed them to let them know of all issues but as of today they have stopped answering emails . We have had a issue in our second bathroom under trailer fixed 2 times and now i am being told it was not fixed right. When they put skirting on they never ran the duc hose for the drier to the skirting and never told us it was not done . Untill we asked the manufacturer and they said it should be done. Our porch floor is not put togther right and we have a pole in the front bowed because it was not installed right. Our back door is not set in the frame right where you can see light under the door. We paid them $72000 with a cashiers check so they were givin all there money and we paid them to hire the guys lay lay the dirt and conrete rails and that was done good. We paid them to put power pole and run the electric but we live in west orange texas and they make you get permits for everything but worldwide decidednot to get permits. I heard that they were a great company but i now regret doing bussiness with them. They dont like to return calls and want to get things done in a timely mannor . So i had to file a with Texas housing and get them involved so worldwide would have 30 days to fix the issues. The manufacturer people are the best. They call me a talk to us and show up on time and explain everything they are going to do and make sure we are 100% satisfaction. I can't get that from worldwide. We bought an extended warranty but i want everything fixed before my 1 year manufacturer warranty ends.We have not asked for them to walk though fire. We only want what we paid for and since they got there money upfront seems to me they dont care. We are paying her mom back every penny for the home so we will only except the best quality work. Im still waiting for it. We have to say we wemt though hurricane Laura and this house took 100 mile hour winds like a champ no dammage ! We were 100% nervious And very stressed for the 6 days we evacuated. But when we came home we were blessed. My girlfriends broth and my Father who passed away stood gaurd of our home. Sorry so long but worldwide dont want to answer emails for us but they will answer a email a friend sent them about wanting to buy a home 20 mins after i sent them a email. Before you buy a home Check with your city or town get a list of permits needed and take them to who you feel will sell you the best home. Don't buy from this dealer. They have no problem taking your cash money but will give you nothing but excuses when it comes to having your home trimmed out so you can actually live in it. If you call Jme Blanchard out on his lies and BS, he will threaten you and tell he is not going to do any of the trim out on your home even though they have been paid for it. only gave a one because you can't give them a negative or a zero!
