It's a small shop but there is no "junk" laying around. You don't have to sift through the old dirty tools to find the decent ones because everything they have is in good condition and displayed nicely. The firearms are clearly labeled and priced well. They have a big selection of jewelry with a lot of unique pieces and it seems to all be very reasonably priced. Plenty of other items too like instruments, hunting items, and collectibles. The best part of this place is the service. Andrew was extremely patient and personable while helping me pick out some jewelry. Jeff was just as nice and they both were very friendly. They aren't there to talk you in to something you don't need or want, they really just want everyone to have a good experience. Today I will give them a second chance, and to see what happens. I opted to revise my review and give 5 stars because there could have been confusion on both sides. This place is a scam and has scammed many others just like this my mom was already in some financial trouble after the divorce and it would cost at least 150 more dollars just to rhodium played it again let alone turn it back to white! never come here to sell your jewelry or expensive items. unless you want too get scammed like countless others!

I went into pawn an item for $100 and I had never gotten less than that before. I was immediately told only $50 and then after a few minutes it was up to $75. The item that I was trying to pawn, I actually did a partial trade partial cash payment to get it as it was being sold for a little under $300. And according to John, he would pawn anything that you bought from him for half of what it was sold for. Which because of my trade-in with the cash, half would have equal out to about $150 so $100 should have been fine. Just really irritates me because it feels like John rip me off. I thought he viewed me as a good customer, but not only shorted me on what I was asking didn't even look me in the eye when he was saying it like he was preoccupied with something else and seem to just try to hurry me out the door so to speak. Because of this, I will not go back.

I mentioned that I had been told I could get a higher price over the phone before coming here and I was basically ignored. I called the same guy back and was told "he was busy" and couldn't confirm the price i had originally been told. Thankfully however I was offered around $980 at another shop and was still able to sell but a good chunk of my time was wasted and I was lied to.
