It's a small shop but there is no "junk" laying around. You don't have to sift through the old dirty tools to find the decent ones because everything they have is in good condition and displayed nicely. The firearms are clearly labeled and priced well. They have a big selection of jewelry with a lot of unique pieces and it seems to all be very reasonably priced. Plenty of other items too like instruments, hunting items, and collectibles. The best part of this place is the service. Andrew was extremely patient and personable while helping me pick out some jewelry. Jeff was just as nice and they both were very friendly. They aren't there to talk you in to something you don't need or want, they really just want everyone to have a good experience. I definitely recommend stopping in, you never know what you might find!

Some of the items I agreed to sell and given a price, I was told they no longer wanted. I left a negative review on the incident and later had a back and forth with the owner after he read my review. Today I will give them a second chance, and to see what happens. I opted to revise my review and give 5 stars because there could have been confusion on both sides. Lets see what happens because they did at one time give the best offer on items I brought in.

The location on 130 Caldwell Blvd in Nampa is a rip off the guy sold me a lawn mower and weed eater…read morehe showed me that they worked. Stupid me though I went for it I used each of them one time and the mower ceased up on me already and after the 1st use of the weed eater I can not get it to start back up and I tried. DEFINITELY NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE. Cause I called 14 days after purchased cause most pawns have some kind of return window & all I was told was "UNFORTUNATELY WE DO NOT OFFER RETURNS" Both seemed to be in good condition. The guy just said that I would probably have to get a new bag for the lawn mower. But getting 1 use out of both of them only. He had to have know they had problems that must be why he seemed to be giving me a decent bundle deal price.

I started going to this pawnshop last year sometime every once in a while when I needed money and…read morethere were a few different items that I would pawn every so often when I needed money up until two or three months ago I had never not pick something up. I went into pawn an item for $100 and I had never gotten less than that before. I was immediately told only $50 and then after a few minutes it was up to $75. The item that I was trying to pawn, I actually did a partial trade partial cash payment to get it as it was being sold for a little under $300. And according to John, he would pawn anything that you bought from him for half of what it was sold for. Which because of my trade-in with the cash, half would have equal out to about $150 so $100 should have been fine. Just really irritates me because it feels like John rip me off. I thought he viewed me as a good customer, but not only shorted me on what I was asking didn't even look me in the eye when he was saying it like he was preoccupied with something else and seem to just try to hurry me out the door so to speak. Because of this, I will not go back.

I called the same guy back and was told "he was busy" and couldn't confirm the price i had originally been told.
