My car needed a new interior rear view mirror, and it's been very difficult to find a new one, even from the dealership. Low and behold, Action Auto Wreckers (and Honda Heaven). I called them to confirm that they had the part. I went down a few days later to pick it up (they pulled it from the car while I waited). I'm not sure what the relationship is, but Action Auto Wreckers is located next to Honda Heaven and the only retail front that was open when I went to pick up my part. Pro tip: Call ahead and have them pull the part so you don't have to wait. Also, the first part they pulled for me was incorrect, so make sure to double check what they give you (and ideally bring the part to them). They were happy to swap it out, but I'm glad I didn't need to drive all the way home and back here to swap it.

Colossal waste of time and misrepresentations. Mayfair asks if I'm driving or towing vehicle from Merced. I said Brake Booster Pump Assembly is bad and in Merced in my initial call. Original owner, OEM cat, passed smog, clean title, superior maintenance backed by records. Head gasket fine; no rattle, no steam. Offering free tow and nothing for vehicle was never discussed in your voicemail since we never spoke. I would rather donate to karsforkids.com for tax deduction.

Actually, that's…read morenot exactly how it went for me this morning, but I started driving on my way to work and heard a really weird sound coming from my tire which prompted me to pull over at the nearest gas station to check it to see if it needed air. Then low & behold I found that beast stuck in my wheel and of course being me, I kind of freaked out because I wasn't in my normal neighborhood and I have no idea what was around me as far as a tire repair place. A complete stranger who spoke only Spanish happened to notice my expression upon the discovery in my tire which I'm sure was pretty self-explanatory. Pretty sure I let out something profane as well & not quietly either. He came over to me and thank goodness I was able to understand everything he told me and recommended this place to me, which was relatively close by. As soon as I pulled up I was greeted by a very friendly man that spoke good enough English and direct me where to pull in my tire after he said they do repairs there. This is how easy it was. I didn't even have to get out of my car. He came over with the Jack and was able to get the tire off, passed my tire to one of his coworkers who immediately disappeared into the shop and I kid you not, within 10 minutes tops he was back with my tire looking brand spanking new. I didn't even have to get out of the car to pay, that's how awesome this place is! As a woman, in general I think that over all we are a little bit leery of going into any place that has to do with cars because so many times we see all too often that women get ripped off in the industry. This place is definitely not one of those! I felt secure, comfortable, it was absolutely convenient, and they were the quickest most professional guys ever! I cannot give them a high enough recommendation! Super glad for that random stranger who referred me to them. I even already passed on the information to a friend of mine who lives in that area. I called…read moreAmerican Imports and talked to Hooshi and he face me brand new OEM parts for toyota for $1,000 total. Wow. I couldn't be happier. He also found some mechanics to do the job for really cheap. Dealer quoted $10,000 to replace all the parts and with Hooshi's help i got it all done less than $1,800 total with labor for OEM PARTS. Hooshi explained to me that toyota get the same exact parts from china and put toyota stamp on it and sell it for 10 times more. If you want someone that really cares for you, check out American imports. I talked to the other gentleman that's behind the counter and he was super nice guy too. Highly recommend this place for most auto parts.

I called today because i needed a part for my vehicle,…read more a Very rude guy answered the phone and asked me for the licence plate of my car, i didt have it and i have never been asked for a licence plate before so i asked why he needed it, he said to look up the vin number i said i didnt have the licence plate but i did have the vin if he wanted it, he told me to call bacak when i had the licence plate and refused to help by just putting me on hold and never coming back to the phone or transfering me with anyone else. such kind of people should never be allow to work helping costumers, if you dont like dealing with people there is palnty of jobs out there that dont requiere you to havy any people skills, i hope management steps it up and pays attention to their emplyees because im sure is not the first time something like this happens
