I can came across Vex Motorsport where Jesse had been super responsive and too much surprise he's now located in Fremont which is where I live! Work: stretched tires install on a E93 M3. Location: Fremont shop. It's at a corner of the complex where side parking spots are available. Caution: there's a blind spot at the corner with no corner mirror and car would just drive through at decent speed assuming no one is there. So don't stand at the middle of the road and be careful. Quality 5: Great work and sent me pictures to reassure the work they'd done Cost 5: very reasonable. Provided many options that tailored to my need. Willing to take tires that I bought elsewhere and charge labor only. Customer experience 5: Will give a 6 if not a 7 if I can! Super friendly and easy to work with. Original owner, OEM cat, passed smog, clean title, superior maintenance backed by records. Head gasket fine; no rattle, no steam. So anyway the transmission was acting up (starting from 3rd gear instead of 1st) and I was short on time, which made me make a crucial mistake by taking the car to a nearby shop instead of B & J. Those little jerks at the other shop lied to me and tried to tell me I had to get a new transmission. They said they checked every milk and cranny and that it was 100% my tranny. The only thing is my Moms car shifts as smooth as an angels walking through the gates of heaven. Right away I called B & J (Who was originally my first choice, they were just further away so I didn't have time to pop over there) and B & J said that sounds like the solenoid, which the other shady shop said it is impossible for it to ever be. they said the Elvis would be brought back from the dead, before it was ever the solenoid that was making the transmission start from the wrong gear. Then the other shady shop said we checked your solenoids and they are clean and perfect like they were never used before. You could tell the guy was lying from his mannerisms, long pauses, shaky fingers and side to side eyes. Anyway I snagged my Moms car back and jammed to B&J and what's funny is when I walked in I told another guy who I didn't communicate with yet asked what the problem was and he's like "yeah, man that sounds like a solenoid" so yeah B & J replaced the Solenoid and the car runs like a reborn race car.

Luckily, we got it towed and this shop was listed under AAA. The owner of the shop was so friendly and attentive. He was able to diagnose the problem immediately. We felt really relieved to know the source of the issue and he reassured us that he would order the part. We dropped off the car on Thursday and were able to pick it up the next Monday. He was so nice that he had fixed some other things that he found and the price was really affordable at the end.
