So I wandered into World Nails and Spa and they were able to take me right away. Just a Seasalt pedicure this time, this came with some exfoliating to help rub away the winter dry skin. This was the worst nail experience I've ever had. I came in for a acrylic removal and polish. I was brought to the table where my nails will be done by one of the male nail techs. Here briskly had me put my hands on table and proceeded to look for some thing he grabbed another acrylic nail and used that to rip off my fingernails. It was the most painful experience I've ever had with nails. I felt like he was ripping off my actual nails, each finger nail he did that with I did tell him it was painful and he laughed at me and said I only had a couple more nails left. He quickly rushed through the rest of the nails and sat there until I tipped him, this was just horrible. All of it. Horrible. read more

The guy that did my manicure was not talkative and rushed the job (they were busy but I made an appointment). What should have been at least 30mins felt like 15. He didn't do a great job; the polish was not close to my cuticle so it looked as if I have had it for a week when it was just done. I will go again but will not have him do my manicure. The woman that did my pedicure, a miscommunication as I asked for a regular pedicure but received a gel pedicure ($15 more). She took her time cleaning my grimy feet and toes. She did a great job. Since new ownership there is a lot lost on quality and service. A nail tech ground down my nails so far it was hot and painful. When I pulled my hand back she reached forward and grabbed it back. I got up, paid for polish removal and left. Dip manicures last one and a half weeks. Not worth it. read more

I am not sure what happened here but the prices have gone up and the quality and service have gone down. I know they are always busy so I always make an appointment, doesn't matter you still have to wait. And the wait can be long, if you have people with an appointment you honor the appointment time and make the walk in clients come back or wait, not the other way around. They also destroy your real nails, the guy that was prepping my nails for a gel mani, went way to far using that dremel type tool than he should have, it was hot and it hurt, he said it was okay, it's not. My nail now grows weird and my doctor said that was why. They don't care about anything but getting people in and out fast and taking your money. I don't mind paying for a good end product and experience and I appreciate people's hard work and tip accordingly. This place will not provide quality or service, I won't go back and don't recommend. read more

This place is great for Pedicures. My go-to for pedis probably better than most pedicure places here in Green Bay. It's right in between target and Pick N' Save on the Far East Side. Why am I giving it 3 Stars? I made an appointment for 12:30PM I usually come early to appointments to be able to get in on time if not earlier. Well I came at 12:20PM no biggie. I did not sit down on the Pedicure chair until 12:50PM. I sat in the chair unattended until about 1:05. This is very typical of them sometimes they'll take walk-ins before appointments so it makes you feel like you should've just walked in instead of scheduling an appointment. It is very rare if you get in at the time of your appointment which sucks. Other than that I like it, very close to where I live and they have plenty of pedicure options including the feet wax. I've always gone here never really had issues. Went for the first time this year yesterday, sat down asked what I was getting told her. ( I usually always get gel polish with French tips) Lady starts doing my nails and she used the electric nail file doesn't replace the nail bit cuts my toe ( starts bleeding) doesn't stop keeps going at the rest of my toes then finally gets up replaces the nail bit and proceeds to cut of other toe on my other foot. Uses one of the other tools and then she drops it doesn't clean it before she starts going at my nails again while my toe is still bleeding and once again proceeds to use an old brush and bushes my toes. will not be retuning read more

I am very impressed with this place. My mom goes here and she recommended it to me; I wish I grabbed the guy's name who did my pedicure, but it was the best pedi I've had as far as I can remember! I also got a shellac mani, and the girl was very good, but the pedi was amazing. My shellac looks excellent, and they do this amazing thing after you're done, they dip your hands in warm wax and WOW! It must have some healing properties too because this hangnail damage is almost done! The pedi: they give you this amazing calf/foot massage before they paint, and the best part?! They do the callous scrap thing (I'm a runner and my feet are rarely soft) but this makes my heels feel incredible! The place is right next to Target, it's small but they utilize their space just right. I did not make an appointment, and they were busy, but I was able to be seen right away. well came in to get a pedicure today, as it was kinda a crappy day my oldest daughter was with me I ask if they have time to do a kids mani and pedi. They tell me sure point for my child to pick out her polish and point for me to go back as I knew what I wanted and color. If I could do zero stars I would. Rushed me after making me wait 30 mins. Had the dremel on way too fast and burnt my nails numerous times. I got French tips with gel polish. The edges of my nails aren't even painted and he only did one coat so they are streaky and see through. The nail shapes are crooked and uneven. The pink gel under the white tips is also streaky. There's also chunks of glitter in my top coat along with bubbles. Tried to use a nail tip to pry off one of my nails that was broken and needed to be replaced. $60 for a fill and gel polish. Not impressed with how long my gel manicure lasted. 3 of us showed up with no appointment, and we were given a 45 minute wait, which was acceptable - it was very busy. By the time it was our turn, they were so rushed that they spent no more than 10 mins on each of us for a gel manicure. Some people may appreciate how quick it is, but not if quality suffers. Two of my nails chipped after only two days, with normal use. Only 5 days later, two nails are completely unpolished. My gel manicures usually last 2 weeks, sometimes 3 weeks at other places. The nail polish color of 2 of the 3 manicures we received also looked very different from what we chose. This is not the fault of the salon, but it was very odd how off both of our polishes were from what we were expecting. read more

When I went in I thought they rushed through the manicure and didn't even remove all of the gel already existing on my nails. I was in GB for a wedding and needed a gel manicure and pedicure. This place was recommended to me. The good: I made an appointment and they were on time. The woman at the front desk was super nice and helpful as was the woman who did my nails - she even swayed me away from the nail polish that I picked by painting her nail and showing me it wasn't the best color after applied. The bad: My nails don't look great. They were cut pretty short and square and the polish doesn't look like it was professionally applied. Especially on my toes. The ugly: I'm certain she reused the bowl that I soaked my nails in. I saw her grab a dirty bowl and dump it... she didn't even rinse it out. She tossed all of my nail clippings onto the carpet AND she put the acetone I soaked my nails in back into the bottle! I was stunned. I also saw her put the tools she used on my nails back in their case and back in her drawer. This was a super strange experience. I wouldn't recommend to anybody. read more

A friend and I went to get our nails done. we both had pictures of what kind of design we wanted. We both ended up with nothing like the picture, mine were perfect in shape and size but no design. My friend hated hers, she went back the next day to get a color change and they refused to change it unless she paid for it after she paid 75$ for basically a clear coat and a line of white. read more

I'm giving 2 stars because the wait is awful. Even if you make an appointment you will still have to wait. Sometimes 15 minutes sometimes 45 minutes. It's a little ridiculous. They always overbook people and you would think they would realize it and change the way they do things but I've been coming here for over a year and it's always the same. Overpriced. Pretty certain they intentionally put acrylic tips on so that they will easily break off. I.e putting tips at the very, very top of the nail. NEVER have I ever had 5 nail breaks where they so easily pop off in the course of two weeks.. very disappointed. Will not be back. I suggest going just about anywhere else!!! read more

Wow! I am shocked this place has business. People must not care because it is cheap and fast. I have given this place multiple chances and they are very unprofessional and rude. They act like they could care less if they have your business. They also talk freely amongst each other and with clients waiting about a client situation that happened. My friend got her nails done here and they looked crappy but I chose to give this nail salon a chance, I came in around 6:20pm and they close at 7pm and it was packed! But they did squeeze me in so they can do my nails, the nail lady was quiet but that's okay.. they costed $43 I could get the same exact nails for a cheaper price, I'm not going to complain though I did came a few min before closing time so it's fine. Solid place for a pedicure and clearly lots of people know it! I'm glad I went with people who have been here previously and thought to make an appointment. Even though it was packed, the nail techs and people running the place knew how to keep a good flow going. I got the basic pedicure for $30. A reasonable price for a run-of-the-mill pedi. The lady who did my nails was thorough on my nails, however lacked a little on the buffering of my feet. One of the main reasons I go for a pedicure is to get all the dead, gross stuff off my heels and, after a few days walking in DC, I needed it BADLY. After I left I realized my heels were still not very smooth, so that was a bit of a bummer. Overall it was a decent pedicure and would go back again. read more

I called to make appointment with Celine, and it was sad that she left this salon. So i asked for Q, who is Celine's friend that did my pedi and shellac while Celine was off. She was very wonderful as well. However, Q also left...I had another older lady, she didnt do a very good job, and she seemed not to understand what i asked due to language barrier...I think she is new there, but she told me that her daughter is the manager and she has the family working here. So i am very disappointed that they lost all the good staffs...The lady sat next to me was also wondering why the good staffs (she mentioned Tina and Karen who she had before) had left this salon as well...FYI: this salon their pedicure chairs are mostly not working, and they keep lying that they will fix it...but i dont see any updates every time i come. read more

Once you're in the chair, this place is great. I've never had a bad experience with an actual technician here, and have usually had great results. The front desk/phone staff is not the friendliest, which can be frustrating. It has also been my experience that lately it is increasingly difficult to get a same-day appointment or walk-in. I can't really hold that against them because I tend to decide I want a mani or pedi at the last minute, but it can be a bit disappointing. But as I said originally, I have never been disappointed here once I get past the front desk and actually get into the chair. read more
