This is hands down one of the best gyms ever!…read more First of all, there are some serious athletes that workout here. For example, Gail Kim, the former WWE Women's Champion used to workout here few years back. I think they continue that tradition by sponsoring local athletes. A local business that is giving back to the community, is there anything more beautiful? So space management: There are plenty of free weights to go around. About 20 feet, double rows of free weights with mirrors running all the way + barbell selection is good. Good bench press selection. Usually some gyms have the regular and incline only, so you need to get creative for the declined position, well this gym has 2! and about 5 regulars and 3 inclines + a plethora of adjustable benches. A good healthy selection for those who like to run, they have everything from tread mills to various step machines and ellipticals. One excellent thing about this gym is that people actually do come here to workout. In other words, there is minimal level of gym rats. What are gym rats you ask? It's those people who come to the gym to hang out and not actually work out. Good selection of stationary stations as well. Nicely spaced out so that everyone has plenty of room to workout. I think Fitness 365 really shines when it comes to classes. These are not your run of the mill classes folks! Their classes are taught by athletes. People who make their living my training their body to the peak level! I took their boxing class and no joke, it was taught by a real boxer. The dude was so fit, he had like 3% body fat, insane right? Ridiculously awesome class. The classes range from Zoomba, Yoga, Kickboxing, Boxing, MMA, and Spinning. Changing room is little old school in the mens', but you know what? there is definitely a certain charm to it's old schoolness. It's kept clean, well maintained and with communal shower area. Overall really great experience here, the staff is knowledgeble and very friendly. Trainers sometimes come by and give you tips which is great! The protein shake is actually not bad either... I went for the 6 months special at the time, pay upfront option. My special was around $240 for a 6 month membership. I believe they have various specials through out the year so just ask for the best deal! I highly recommend this gym if the location is convenient to you! 1luv Toronto! and happy workout!

Proud member of the after work gym crowd here…read more.. While I can't argue the below reviews of the small space, I think it's great for what it is! The staff are amazing and coming here every day feels like a community. I go to the Goodlife near my work in Mississauga sometimes (it's a lot bigger) at the same time, and find it way more crowded than the Bloor/Islington one. There are 3 squat racks and 2 regular benches which can be a limiting factor but if you do other workouts while keeping your eye on it you can easily grab one. Right now they're renovating a studio space so I assume there will be more space after that's done. Sometimes I walk in at peak time and feel overwhelmed by the amount of people but it's just because of the space limitations given the renovations. On weekends it's empty and since it's 24 hours if you're not a 9-5er like me you can definitely find a time that isn't too busy. It really is not as bad as the old reviews make it seem! I'd highly recommend visiting and speaking to the staff to make your own decision. Parking can be tricky but once you master the underground space it'll be easy. There's a validation machine by the front desk that they'll show you.

Tanning stations are always clean and equipped with the latest machines. This location is opened at nights, which is good if you want to avoid crowds and finish your workout faster.
