I did enroll in their plan, and every time I go in for a cleaning, that's exactly what I get--a great cleaning for a little over $100 (around $150, if I remember correctly). They don't try to push extra services or unnecessary procedures on you, which is something I truly appreciate. Before being blessed with meeting Dr. Lynch, my mom and I had some terrible experiences with MANY other dentists. More importantly, I can't say enough about how kind, compassionate, and genuinely caring Dr. Lynch is. Recently, I needed to have four crowns replaced. She had blocked out the entire morning specifically for my procedure. I was so anxious about it the night before that I couldn't sleep, and I was genuinely sick with anxiety the next morning. Even so, I went into the office that morning because I wanted to speak with her in person rather than simply calling to cancel. I was fully prepared for her to understandably be upset, especially knowing that she had set aside so much time for me and that I might have to pay a significant amount for the missed appointment. Instead, when I explained how severe my anxiety had been and apologized, she was incredibly kind and understanding. I actually cried a little because I was so touched by her response. I never expected to experience that level of empathy from a dentist. She didn't seem upset with me for even a second. She genuinely seemed to care about what I was going through.
