I loved having the whiteboard and he always sends the PDF of the notes that you cover in class. Stefan makes everything super easy to understand and very accessible. Since then, I haven't received any communication--it's now nearly a year later. I've sent multiple follow-up emails over the past several months with no response. Today, I decided to call in hopes of finally getting an update. Instead, I was routed to a virtual assistant that was so lifelike, I initially thought I was speaking to an actual person. No one from the store has returned my call. I left my flute with this business a year ago, followed up twice via email, and now I've been left in the dark yet again. This level of unresponsiveness is completely unprofessional. What happened to real customer service? It's incredibly disappointing.
