This time around when I renewed my membership I noticed they got a new stand-up, very happy about that; it's much nicer & bigger. I have severe allergies & even dust causes me to have headaches. A few weeks ago I noticed I was having headaches following tanning; then I realized the fan in the stand-up was pretty dusty. I didn't realize the owner (a male) was out of town & I asked for it to be cleaned. The girls that work there stood on stools, took 45 min., & made sure it was gleaming clean by the time I came back to tan. They're extremely accommodating! I would recommend paradise tan & travel to anyone wanting a friendly environment, that puts the needs of their customers first.

I'm not aware of the reason why, but the way she treated me in front of 7 people that was in the lobby was not only unprofessional but very disgusting as a business owner. She was aware of the bed I wanted (level 5) & proceeded to put me in the stand up, once I refused, she told me I would be placed at the bottom of the waiting list (mind you there was 7 people in the lobby) so because of her mistake she wanted to make me wait. As a business owner that is very unprofessional, I told her I was not aware of that being her policy (being put on the bottom of the wait list if she misplaces you) as she had misplaced me before & it was never a problem to put me in the right bed regardless if there was people in the lobby waiting for a bed to open or not. after me & her discussed it, as I go to sit back down in the lobby, I could hear her snickering & talking with her friend & everyone in there had a look on their face as "wow I can't believe Holly just said that to her" because the attitude came from NO WHERE! (i do have this on video) I never once was ugly or mean to Holly, never once did I ever randomly get an attitude with her so for her to treat me like that, Oh and block me on Facebook from her business page shows her true colors as a person & Business owner! I'm not telling you to not support her business, I'm just making people aware of the way she treats her customers as a business owner. If she didn't like me, she should have refused me service, not allow me to buy a package, order me lotion be "fake" nice to me just to turn right around and treat me like crap in front of several people. not once has she reached out to apologize or explain why she felt the need to treat me differently that day. like we are grown adults, but the vibe of this place is like a high school with people acting like they are better than you. pictures attached is the building & Facebook page logo! be aware!

My honest review is probably a 2.5 star but hey we made it to 3. I workout out there for about 2-3…read moreyears and the machines were hammer strength which is awesome however the dumbbells are horrible. I recently went back to check it out, 11 years later and yes you guessed it. Same dumbbells. The flow of the gym was pretty bad as well the dumbbells were in the middle of the room with scattered benches where they could fit them. The organization and flow is what kills it for me. They do have nice equipment but I found myself in weird angles to take plates on and off or moving around machines. I am a huge dumbbell lover so that whole setting killed it for me. Friendly staff and awesome people but poor function and flow is going to be my deciding factor.
