Instead he slopped a little sackcrete on top of failed footings and put some 6" block "piers" in. Lied about what he would do and did horrible work. I filed with the Magistrate and won my case. He was told to give my money back in 30 days. It has been 69 days and he still hasn't refunded the money and I doubt he will. Terrible contractor. Very dishonest.

Promised to replace it and never did despite multiple follow-up calls. They also never alerted the municipality about an inspection of the final installation, so I had to contact an inspector myself. He classified the work as second-rate and "among the worst he's seen" in his 30 years on the job. I highly recommend other options for anyone considering a waterproofing job of magnitude.
