This is the risk dealing with too small of a company that is very shady.

I would not use this company again. The salesperson told me the boards needed to be replaced and…read morequoted me for that work. When the installer team came out, they did not replace the boards and told me new boards were unnecessary. I was still charged for the board replacements anyway. I disputed this directly with the company on March 19th, the day of the installation, and did not receive a follow-up. I had to reach back out on March 31st to continue addressing the issue. At that point, they asked for photos, despite my earlier explanation that photos would not prove anything because of the nature of the work. Today, they responded by saying the pictures were "not proof" and agreed to issue a refund, but only after I pushed the issue. At that point, it's no longer just about the money. It's about integrity, poor internal communication, and how a legitimate customer concerns are handled by this business.

From start to finish, it was done in a matter of four days. They were so accommodating, doing an amazing job of cleaning daily so that my family was not displaced during the job.
