We came back for her to do the perm again and fix the issue just for it now to completely fall out after a week. His hair is back to being bone straight. I spoke with a manager and was told I would be refunded to then get a whole $23 back. Never recommending this place or coming again. DO NOT go here for perms, coloring or any chemical treatments. Now we have to find another salon to completely redo his hair and pay all over again.

The reason I don't do at home is that I'm super afraid of having this result - YELLOW! I left the salon with my hair wet and after getting home and realizing my hair wasnt looking good, I reached out to her and she said nothing could be done ( not even a toner?!?) but next time I would reach the tone I wanted. Sorry, there will be no next time and due to her disappointing response, the only thing I can do is spend more money on top of the ( $200 for half head foil) to get this fixed and express how unhappy I am.
