I had a vision on what I wanted to have done, but I wasn't sure how to put it all together. Jesus came by, I told him what I wanted but, my vision I pitched to him was a little blurry and the slope in my yard made what I wanted a bit challenging. After talking to him, he gave me some ideas on how to proceed with my hardscaping. I told him I had planned to have two other contractors to come over and wanted the work done for cheap after he gave me his quote. Jesus understood and respecfully looked me in the eyes and said, he understood and if I wanted the work done for cheap and cut corners, to use the other contractors; he will not cut corners if his company was to do any work on my yard. From this statement, I knew he stood by his product and meant business. An hour after he left, I called and canceled the survey from the two other contractors, I called Jesus and asked when can he start? This is one of the best decisions my wife and I made!!!!!!!!!! The money I spent was well worth it. I plan to have more work after the winter, I will give Jesus my vision and let him run with what he thinks would look best for my hardscaping. Elizabeth offered some brilliant suggestions for the design that was effective and would help control the water flow that included a retaining wall with integral drain. The crew was professional and hard-working. Beyond the hardscape, the sodding and seeding exceeded my expectations. I did my due diligence and got proposals from 4 companies, but in my opinion no one else offered the creativity and attention to detail that was evident in B&S's proposal. American Dream Landscaping gave us a fair bid on a drainage problem we had in our driveway island…read more Daniel and his team dug a ditch across our stone driveway and laid a 6" drain tube (and some electrical conduit I had bought). They also pulled out small brush and saplings from the island and leveled it with fill such that the rain water will now flow to the catch basin connected to the drain tube. It looks great. A couple of weeks later the stone fill over the drain tube had settled some causing a dip in the driveway. We called Daniel and he immediately sent over a crew to fix things up.
