He would cancel the morning of, not show then finally text to say something came up and he could not make it. We were patient and understanding that he was dealing with an ill family member, but continued last minute cancels were very disruptive to our day and we were getting nothing for the money we paid. After 3 weeks of this it was requested he start the job and deliver the materials we paid for and he claimed to purchase, or issue a refund and we could go somewhere else. He said he and his team would be out the next day to complete the "1-2 day job". He finally showed up and began to dig the project site and left after just a few hours, no stone or materials were delivered. While his truck broke down Monday, we got no communications that he/his team would not be working the next day. Tuesday we heard nothing from him. We called, texted, and no response. We called the supply (stone) store who explained he called to place the order but never paid for or came to pick up the stone. When he finally reached back out to explain his truck was still in the shop, we explained that was not an excuse for ignorning his customer or the job site. After this we asked for a refund, less the small amount of labor that was performed thus far, and we would be going elsewhere. He said he could finish the job but at this point we were finished. Then we never heard back from him. Days have passed, we have called and texted, he still has not replied, never showed up to finish the job, and no refund has been issued. At this point he has abandoned the job site and will not return communication. It is understandable that he may have a lot going on, difficulty with staff, personal issues requiring time, but all we asked was the job be completed or the money refunded so we could find someone who could do it.

He told me he ordered the rock and would be delivered, then made excuses of why it didn't for 6 weeks. It has been 2 weeks, and he has not responded or no material has arrived. He straight up lied and stole the money, ghosted the project. Do not give this many any money, he is a thief.

He helped me pick items that would do well considering the soil and sun exposure, and everything looks great. His team was awesome to work with, too. Their pricing was fair and I was on the schedule pretty quickly. I could not be happier with the results!

In talking with Andrey during the installation, we learned FOL also does landscaping, outdoor patio and kitchens etc. We contracted with FOL to have 12 trees (a combination of thujas and arborvitae), azaleas and purple fountain grass. We also had them extend the sprinkler system into the back yard. Couldn't be more pleased with all of the work the team did. Again, great sales and service and follow up when we had questions. The sand has cured and is harder than the previous batch. Joel and his crew did a beautiful job. The customer service was a little on the rough side. Doing good technical work is important, but communicating with the customer in a positive manner is equally important. On another small note, twice I asked Joel not to come before a certain time. This was disregarded both times.
