When i first visited Australia this month it was the same time the asian family that was filming for evidence of racial profiling and racial harassment. I remembered it like it was yesterday when the nutter couldn't stop yelling with such blasphemy against the family that did nothing wrong but was shopping like any customer. Anyways i felt bad for the family, but i didn't feel bad when the staff, other customer even the spokesperson felt the need to state "private property" when the store is under public service and public property. The only time if a store is under private property is if the store was foreclosing not public opening. Also just a customer complaint is not enough evidence because it's just verbal words to written words. You need actual video recording proof of the incident and if not then this store is my last resort to shop at in fact woolworths is probably the only store chain i would avoid until they train their staff better, it's like over where i live in the US we have these women called Karen's who would overreact like their freedom is being controlled over a simple face mask/face covering and sometimes there will be Karen's who would go on a passive aggressive rampage of emotions over a person who is NOT white. I think i'll end my stay at Australia today instead of having to work abroad if people can't learn to stop the hate crimes and the hate on race/ethnicity. Australia used to end discrimination when it came to legalizing LGBTQIA, now i think it's POCs turn for their anti-discrimination human rights. read more
