Now normally I go to a…read morecertain place for tires, but I had time to kill in town and was on the wrong side of town so I decided to drop into Point S tire and auto service. Now I had all my daughters with me and they had a nice waiting room. The first surprise when I walked in after I asked them if they could fix my tire, because not only could they fix it right then, but a flat repair was FREE! Even the tire shop where I normally go charges $25 if you did NOT buy the tire there but Point S does then for free! Obviously they do this to get customers, and it works! I'll definitely call there and price tires next time I'm in the market. Not just that but they were super nice, they had coffee, and even 3D printed toys that my daughter bought one of. Over all that are super friendly, and they do not just tires but also ALL auto and some other engine work. This place is definitely worth a call if you have ANY engine or other automotive needs! I have been waiting over 2 years for Kolar tire West to make things right. had a oil change done…read moreand the tech found I had 2 low tires, told them to go ahead and patch them. when I left the shop that afternoon my left front tire and wheel detached from my vehicle destroying my left front hub brake rotor and wheel also bent a lower control arm, gave non repairable damage to the fender. the other tire and wheel on the left rear was loose and destroyed the wheel lug holes. Kolar replace 1 wheel with a non color matching, I had to replace the left rear wheel out of my on pocket. I have never been so disrespected as a customer or as an employee.... I went…read morein and got a quote and gave them my keys, I then proceeded to wait 3 hours in the shop before an employee came and told me that they got the wrong size for my tires and the only other set that I could get that day was $500 more. I told them that they just made me waste 3 hours of my afternoon sitting in the lobby because they got the wrong size of tires, and all they said was sorry, after they told me that i then had to wait another 30 minutes for them to put the tires back on my car so I could leave. They wasted almost 4 hours my time and didn't even try to do anything to make up for it, i wouldn't recommend going there and I will not be going back.
