COTTAGE CHEESE..! (no, not an ambitious and bold culinary fusion attempt - just plain bland, like getting rid of leftovers or dispatching the Norwegian-dud-order of 1000% the volume of cottage cheese required, by/from the restaurant next door). Prices might seems little bit high for a Chinese place in Bydgoszcz but I think dishes are worth their prices. I would highly recommend to order a sweet and sour chicken (classic but in New China Town one of the best!)
