They missed the closing date because of ignoring these requests. They blame it on Thanksgiving (Nov. 27) when requests were sent on Nov. 20 and 26. Wrong info was sent again the day before closing on Dec 3. This is costing the seller $$ in credits and interest on the proceeds from the sale. Kristy, the attorney, told the buyer and seller's reps she didn't know anything about this because she's been out of town. WHAT? Since Nov. 20? DO NOT USE THIS FIRM!
