You feel attended to, appointments don't feel rushed, and there's a sense that these people love what they're doing and that they want their patients to feel safe and taken care of. I repeatedly tried to explain what I was feeling and that the pain did not match what he was describing, but I never felt like he was actually listening to me. I also did not feel like my questions were being answered, and he repeatedly encouraged me to get injections for plantar fasciitis that day. I left the appointment feeling completely dismissed and honestly questioning myself because he was so certain about what I was feeling. I eventually went to another doctor, and the difference was night and day. Before I even had to fully explain the pain I had been experiencing, she described exactly what I was feeling and explained how it related to my fracture. It was the exact pain I had been trying to explain all along. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this doctor. I felt like there was far more focus on treating me for plantar fasciitis than listening to the pain I was actually describing or answering my questions.
