First off, the convenience of the location is incredible. .5 Miles down the road is a Coborns Liquor store and shopping plaza. Just a few miles away is Walmart/Sams Club and a Sta-Fit Gym is close by too. The area around the complex is VERY SAFE and there are plenty of side walks to walk, bike or walk your dog. The Apartments themselves are great. All are well furnished with stainless steel, modern appliances. The kitchens, bathroom and laundry room all have high quality vinyl flooring that really makes the place look modern and classy. There's plenty of room and cabinets for all your storage needs. I'm in a Studio but started in a 1 bedroom. It was too big for my lifestyle. But I was able to move into a studio after hitting my halfway mark on my lease. The transfer was flawless and I'm so much happier now. Especially being on the first floor and able to let my dog out my sliding glass door to make potty. The Amenities are great too. We probably have the best looking community pool/jacuzzi and outdoor area in Sartell. They have outdoor grills for use too. There is a small gym with a couple nice treadmills and elliptical trainer. Every building comes with two community rooms that residents can reserve for parties too. The Club is VERY pet friendly, which was super important to me considering I have a Fur baby. There are several areas around the complex where pets can go potty including a small fenced in dog park. They even hold an end of summer pool party at the community pool for all the dogs to come play and swim! As for the staff......I honestly can't say enough great things about them. Emily, Brooklyn, Ted and all the maintenance staff are absolute professionals and I honestly consider them friends. They are always friendly, courteous and more than happy to help with whatever you may need. I sometimes just stop in to say hi with my pooch, as they really love my dog more than me I think. My only complaint is the lack of available parking. They do have garages available but obviously they charge extra for them. Some residents have more than one vehicle and they take up additional spaces. Which means the parking lot can fill up and people end up parking along curbside, which can cause congestions. So I do find that sometimes I might have to park further away from my apartment than I'd prefer. It's a minor inconvenience but a bit annoying after a long day at work. In regards to other "negative" reviews, I'll say this. They have rules. Don't break them. This is a really nice place to live and they want to keep it that way. And they don't mess around. So as long as you are doing the right thing, you will have a great experience!! Look, The Club is a bit pricey. But considering the totality of nice apartments, nice amenities, convenience of location, safety of the area and the welcoming/professional staff.....To me It's well worth the money. One of the only apartment complexes in St. Cloud that allows dogs of any size. Landscaping is always kept up very nicely, and they are willing to listen and make changes to inside aesthetics as well. I also feel like this is one of the safest areas in St. Cloud to live. I would recommend Wyndemere, as I've lived here for almost 2 years now and have never had a problem.

We were denied the lease due to the credit of one of our roommates who we said wasn't going to be a responsible party for rent. With my husband as cosigner. We were more than qualified. On the initial visit everything looks nice and great but it is all an act.. These people want your…read moremoney and then want even more...Initially these people charged my wife more than $50 dollars a month just to live here because a slight problem with her credit. On 2 ocvasions they threatened her with eviction court if she didnt pay the late fee....Funny thing was that she had her rent in collection box but since they supposedly picked the collection box up earlier in the day het tent eas now late even though her money was in box the day it was due. In another incident they took her to eviction court because the county failed to pay there portion of the rent in a timely matter. My wife acted as a go between the county and the management company, kept them informrd of the countys mistake and told them payment was going to br a little late because a check was being reissued....they still took her to court. Today was worst yet..my wife called the office last week to ask what she owed for rent...they never returned her call. To not be late on rent my wife paid 2/3 of her rent by money order, she then paid the rest in cash and more than was due at that...today she was informed that even though she paid over the rent due, because it wss not all in check form she was therefore late on rent, there refusing to refund the overage she paid, and told her that if she didnt pay the late rent fee they would take her to eviction court...what a crock..one last thing my wife told the mgmt lady today that she paid her rent, etc, etc and the mgmt ladys response was ya if you could prove that you paid the rent...this lady plans on taking the cash that my wife paid. For almost a year my wife has made continual requests for maintanence issues that were never fixed upon moving in....to this day they still havent fixed the items. I know that sometimes you just have to move somewhere because your excepted. There are other places out here. Dont waste your time even looking here...your pocketbook will not be safe....save yourself and your family. Take the friendly advice

Apartments are small but cozy, rent is very affordable, quiet buildings. (Except the guy above me…read more. I swear he wears cement shoes!) There are units facing the highway & the residential road.. The highway side can get irritating since it's pretty close to the buildings. Great elementary school (Mississippi Heights) if you have kids! Cable is included in rent and electric bill is fairly cheap. It has some flaws but overall Edgewood Court is a pretty good place to live if you have a tight budget.

Love this apartment! Never had a problem with management, they are so nice. Great place if you have…read moredogs, and they allow bigger dogs too! Never had a problem with noise, even with so many dogs in the building. There is many amenities available, including a dog park. I personally have a 2 bed, 2 bath...and it's very spacious. Closet sizes are great. The pool is perfect, and even though 3 buildings share it, it's never been too full and there are bathrooms by the pool, so you really can enjoy your time out there! I only have one complaint, the garages are crazy expensive for an attached garage, and the unattached garages aren't much petter for price. I would have still gave 5 stars normally, as personally I didn't need a garage when I moved in. But it's becoming more and more frequent of theft from vehicles this year. My car had things stolen from (the one time I forget to lock it) and another day someone had scratched my driver window, clearly on purpose, there was tons of scratch marks. A friend of mine lives there as well, also had things stolen from their vehicle on another occasion. There's no cameras in the parking lot, so only advice if moving in: DO NOT FORGET TO LOCK YOU CARS!

Due to some personal reasons I decided to move apartment units and they made it easy as ever! Both buildings have secure entrances so you don't have weirdos coming in and out of the complex. Also, I love how secure our postage room is. You don't have to worry about missing packages especially with surveillance inside the storage room. Would 100% recommend you to stay here.

Parking lot is atrocious!!! This is Minnesota, the building…read morehouses elderly and handicap residents, so why would you have a parking lot whete the only flat part is marked handicap and the remainder of the tennants and visitor parking runs at an up hill slant that is treterous in the winter to navigate especially if there is ice. They managed to level out a part of the parking lot behind the handicap section so a maintenance garage could be placed there. They should have just leveled the whole thing out from the getgo. Apartments are old and run down. They havent been upgraded since it was built. No handles on any of the kitchen cupboard doors or drawers so it makes it hard for a senior or handicap person to open. The first impression someone gets when entering is the security system is well done and the two commons areas are kept up and are very nice making one think the rest of the buildings apartments must be the same. WRONG !! Apartments on the third floor are nicer than the ones on the ground floor. Laundry rooms are very nice and machines are newer. Large deck off the commons area is very nice and looks out over the business district.
