We were traveling through so couldn't go back to the store we bought it from. Contacted customer service throught their website and got blown off. This is the pillow we were directed to when we came into the store and showed the employee the ad and the sign above it said $4.99. Also, it certainly looks exactly like the pillow we received. See the attached photos. In fact the receipt even says Contour Leg Pillow and you can see Contour Leg Pillow in the ad. We have been trying to work with customer service and can't even get a response without multiple emails.

There is a good selection of sale items upstairs. Basically the whole entire second floor is all…read moreclearance. There are plenty of tees and hats and souvenirs. Also a good selection of gifts and jewelry items. I was really impressed with their ball caps. The couple working here were very friendly and helpful.
