Called due to faulty outlets. He arrived within 15 minutes. Did troubleshooting and resolved the issue. Highly recommend!!!

When I called goodys electric it started great right off the bat! Front desk answered so friendly and willing to help! Ryan came out when he had an opportunity to help us figure out the outlets in our living room. He was very professional and friendly. He had no issue coming into our home that has pets (which is a big bonus for us!) Ryan had no issue giving us a little more knowledge about our outlets, and light fixtures that was easy to understand! I wanted to give a HUGE Shout out to Ryan - Goody's Electric. I had posted about having issues with my outlets in my dining room, my breaker for the dining room circuit was popped and would not reset. I have a home warranty and even after a Month they could not get someone out to fix my issue. I posted for help/suggestions and Ryan was calm and polite and messaged me letting me know he would come look at and fix my issue. He was here in less than 24 hrs. Ryan even stopped, on his way out to my home, to get a new breaker to make sure he had all opens available to fix my electrical issue. Turns out it was a bad breaker and he had the breaker replaced in under 5 minutes. I can't say Thank you enough... I can now plug in my Christmas tree for the holiday... Nice guy but, very slow in completing job. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Instead of a job being done in a couple of days it took a month in a half. Still not satisfactory work. Personal life interfered with job. Would not recommend. read more
