I put the address in my GPS and ventured out. I was soon arriving to a very industrial part of town. There was a very large parking lot with very few cars. There was a small door that said USPS. I walked in and there were two other customers standing in a room that was at most 10x10 feet. There was a window that had bars across it. There was a button to press to ring for employees. The other customers told me they had been ringing the bell for 10 mins with no response. 10 minutes later (and lots of ringing and cursing by the other customer(, a single finally emerged from the back. He took care of her needs, then the woman in front of me, and finally got my letter to me. He didn't verify that I was who I said I was, which seemed off, but I didn't question and got out of there!
