They really understand dogs and take care to match them up for daycare play time. Love the photos they post on social media.

I board my dog Fenway here, and have brought him to daycare a few times as well. They have always taken great care of him. The workers are friendly and I can tell my dog does really likes it here. I have had bad experiences at several other facilities, so it is nice to have finally found a place I can trust. My 1st time dropping off a 10 month old pointer mix at a boarding. Amazing hassle free experience! We went hiking in Mt Washington area and stayed in the hotel that was not pet friendly. But Woodlawn Pet Resort was conveniently on the way near I-93 and prices are extremely reasonable. Setting is nice country and very friendly people. Would definitely use their services again! read more

We have been using Woodlawn for years. My nervous dog absolutely loves going there for day care, grooming, and long-term stays. The owners are conscientious, loving, and have great customer service. They are very loyal to both the animals and humans who interact with them. Lots of extra services are offered, depending on how pampered you need your pet to be, but the basic services are more than enough. Highly recommended! read more

ve been bringing my dogs to Woodlawn Kennels for 21 years now, both for daycare and boarding. My first dog Sam was brought there 21 years ago for daycare. He was 9 weeks old. He passed at 14 years old - and was still a happy Woodlawn boy. My current dog William has been there for daycare since he was 9 weeks old. He is 7 years old today. I would trust NO ONE else with my dogs. Willie plays everyday and is tired at night (a border collie is hard to tire out) They groom him 2x a month - so no matter what a dirtball be becomes, he gets baths and brushing to clean him up. They sell and feed the best foods (grain-free canned and dry). It's an old kennel - but Willie doesn't go for the looks - he goes to have LOTS of fun. He can hardly wait to get there each day. When I retire, he will still have go for daycare 3x a week anyway. If I go away, he boards there. I cannot say enough good about Woodlawn and I cannot recommend it highly enough. I read some of the low star reviews and I find them difficult to believe, if at all. Actually, the jerks who posted those negative reviews are the reason I am posting this one- at least this is a review that spans 21 years! I hope dog people find this review helpful because we dog people are looking for the best for our furry children. Woodlawn is the best. read more
