He was knowledgeable and offered alternatives to what I was originally planning to do. He completed the job in a timely manner---there was no rush being the middle of summer. He did most of the job without a helper, stayed focused, and the overall quality of his work was professional and clean looking. He also completed a plumbing repair in addition to the contracted work, for which he did not charge me. In my estimation he is very honest, hardworking, and very personable. The septic pump went out and needed it replaced so I called them to have it replaced. When the workers showed up they did what I had already done and yes the pump was not working. They informed me that the pump was not working and that they couldn't replace it until the ground thawed and that it would be just a holding tank until then and left. From the time they got here to the time they left was at most 30 minutes. I had the cap dug out in less than 10 minutes with a coal shovel. Then I got the bill. $200 for less than a half hour of them doing nothing more than what could be called a basic computer reset (try unplugging it and plug it back in). Outrageous. I called someone else to fix the problem and I highly recommend you do the same.
