They said no it would take 5-10 days. I called the NY loan processing office last week and they said they notified PennDot to release the title 11/5. I paid with a bank check which is equivalent of cash. It should have taken 6 days to request title. I called today 11/16 and they told me it should be received by 11/20, the online system with PennDot said title was released to mail 11/13. This is not acceptable. The customer should be informed it would take 20 days and given an option to expedite for fee is necessary.

Well it took 2 weeks, the first card was sent to my house, second card was sent to my daughters! Went shopping last night, or should say tried to go shopping, but the transaction would not go through! So I went through this humiliation at a store, like I was a thieve or something, had more money then I was taking by a lot!You go through this humiliating time in store. We will have to take care of this when I get back!!! If you changing Banks, be careful of this one!!!!
