I paid off an auto loan in the Scranton, Pa branch with a bank check on 10/30/18. I asked at the time if there was any way to expedite the mailing of the title. They said no it would take 5-10 days. I called the NY loan processing office last week and they said they notified PennDot to release the title 11/5. I paid with a bank check which is equivalent of cash. It should have taken 6 days to request title. I called today 11/16 and they told me it should be received by 11/20, the online system with PennDot said title was released to mail 11/13. This is not acceptable. The customer should be informed it would take 20 days and given an option to expedite for fee is necessary. read more

I had to order a new Debit card, told them I was visiting my Daughter in Utah, could they send it there, was told yes they could, and it would take a week! Well it took 2 weeks, the first card was sent to my house, second card was sent to my daughters! Went shopping last night, or should say tried to go shopping, but the transaction would not go through! So I went through this humiliation at a store, like I was a thieve or something, had more money then I was taking by a lot!You go through this humiliating time in store. An online company stole from me, using my bank card. Initially the bank refunded me. Then I get a letter saying they believe the company (the thieves over me) so they took the money back out! They talk a big game about "protecting" their customers against unauthorized charges and theft. That is a LIE! Don't believe them! They have lost a customer that had been with them for years! They lie and they're greedy and they DON'T protect you!! read more

I asked them how much to deposit in my account I was planning to close a business account through them. I was directed to deposit such and such. Did that. Came back 4 days later to close the account and find out they told me the wrong amount to deposit by 10$. Now I have a 35$ fee and they won't wave it! Do not bank here!! read more

Nice to have a nearby branch, and the tellers are genuinely friendly. Some bank officers are exceptionally helpful, but the bank is not so user-friendly when it comes to bank charges and interest provided.. Also, no 800 number for information or phone business, and the phone hours are limited to business hours. Internet service is fine. read more

This bank is greedy beyond belief. Do not take out any kind of loan with them. They charge high fees and add on additional charges that you don't even understand. read more
