Eek! Methinks not doesn't begin to say it! My husband and I had a policy for us and our two adult sons for a year. Then my son bought his first car. My husband contacted the Janice twice -- once online and once by phone -- and asked her to add his car to our policy. Six weeks later, my son got in a car accident. His car was totalled. The other driver's car was damaged and the driver claimed she was hurt. When we tried to contact Janice, we discovered that she never added our son's car to our policy. She claims she didn't add his car to our policy because my husband forgot to hit the last button when he asked her to do so. She completely ignored the fact that he also telephoned her and told her to do so. My son lost his car. His driver's license was suspended for 3 years or until he pays for all the damages to the other driver's car and the other driver's medical bills. read more
