He contacted our insurance company and kept us up to date on the process. Shortly after work began on replacing our roof. Within 1 day our existing roof was torn off and a new one put on. When we went out to inspect it you would never know that a crew with multiple trucks had been on our property. Just like Chris, his crew was prompt and professional. I called the day before my confirmed pick up and was told I was on the schedule, but he would have to confirm with driver and call me back. I called back a couple hours later and was told I would be picked up by 7:30am the following morning per my request/reservation. I was on my front porch at 7:15am and called to make sure the ride was in route at 7:45am (15 minutes late at this point). My call went to voice mail suggesting I send a text for a faster response, which I did. After ten minutes of no response I called and text again with no response. At 8:10am I text to cancel, then got in my car and sped to the airport, parked, shuttled, and almost missed my 10am flight. As I drove from my house, down the main road I saw no sign of All Star Airport Shuttle so I called again to leave a message to cancel. I never heard anything else from this company... no apology or explanation. Very poor and disappointing!

We had this Company come out in February to put a New roof on. They did a so so job,they left a…read morebunch of the old roof in the lawn and didn't clean there mess up after charging a big clean up price to clean up. The staff there Kayla ( secretary) she will lie her teeth off to make her look good.made a payment plan,they agreed upon it,than before you know it you have a letter from there attorney.not to mention her attitude sucks and very demandful. There salesman Micheal don't believe anything he says,he will lie and cheat just to make a sale,and cannot backup anything he says.Stay away from this Company.there horrible in all fields from service desk to Workers to Salesman. There are to many other Companies to pick than Best Choice Roofing. I change there name to Worst Choice Roofing. If I could I would give them a minus 5 Star. Crappy Company.
