I can give him the highest recommendation as a buyer's representative. In my years of buying and selling houses in California, Maryland, and Georgia, he is by far the best real estate agent I have ever worked with. He is knowledgeable and hardworking, generous in sharing his time, knowledge and resources, and 100% on your side. My transactions in Georgia have been small purchases, so small that some realtors might not even want to bother with them. Yet Greg has already treated my business as the most important thing he is doing. He is one of the finest professionals I have ever met, a person of exceptional character, blessed with traits like honesty, trustworthiness, loyalty, dedication, initiative and resourcefulness. To say this may sound "so last century" in an era when people seem to care about nothing except whether you've met your numbers, but in something so important as real estate, character matters. Among Greg's strengths are his deep roots in the community. His family has lived in the area for generations. Drive around Buford and you'll see streets bearing the family name. Greg has a awesome set of contacts. For one of the houses I bought, I need some fairly tricky grading work done in an area of lawn. I knew no one and asked Greg, and he said: "I'll call a cousin of mine". His cousin not only charged me a very reasonable price for the work, but surprised me when the job was over by telling me that he had spread grass seed on the bare areas and covered it over with straw so the grass would grow back. And I'd figured I'd need a gardener to fix up afterwards. I've had equally great results from others that Greg has recommended. He's an upstanding person, and other conscientious and reliable people just seem to gravitate to him.
