After he investigated my sump pump, and found nothing wrong with it, he then went to another potential culprit! The drain pipe was not correctly installed and had clogged up; I bought a very old home and I believe this was the original drain-line. Literally, through snow, wind and water Josh re-piped the drain line and extended it out far enough that I can use it for my flower bed.
