I cannot recommend Mori Tree Service based on my experience…read more The job started out well, but things quickly went downhill. I hired them to remove four large trees and one small pine tree. Instead of carefully lowering the trees, they were simply dropped onto my yard, causing significant damage and leaving large holes throughout my lawn. The cleanup was also disappointing. Debris was left behind, and another company had to come remove the wood. The stump grinding has been especially frustrating. The crew has returned three separate times, yet several stumps are still sticking above ground, and the work remains unfinished. The most disappointing part has been the lack of communication. After multiple attempts to have the remaining issues addressed, I no longer receive any response. I understand that problems can happen on any job, but standing behind your work and communicating with your customers is what matters most. Unfortunately, that has not been my experience. Because of the poor workmanship, property damage, incomplete cleanup, and lack of follow-up, I would not recommend Mori Tree Service.

And to anyone looking for some great tree removal, stump grinding, hard working guys- these are your men. Very VERY reasonable, we were offered payment options, very knowledgeable, and they did everything I asked for and then some because I kept asking if they would do more little things to my yard. I have a few more trees to remove next year and I won't hesitate on calling them back. My yard looks so good now that all of those trees were removed. Thanks guys!!

He leveled out the area around the stumps as part of grinding them and he cleaned up everything that escaped the grinder. I also have to say thanks to them for fitting me in on a Friday right before the holiday as I was leaving town! Reasonable price for the work I had, so I am a happy customer.

Todd quoted the work the very day we called him and was prompt in all communications and commitment times. He and his skilled crew were efficient and thorough in their work. Several of the large trees were in between two sets of power lines and required precise dropping of trees in tight spaces without damaging property. The team worked hard despite the extremely hot humid temperatures both days. Todd was a pleasure to work with and when his crew was done, they left our property in great condition. Start to finish the work was done safely, efficiently, accurately and at a fair price. We would definitely use them again.
