He ground the 3 pine stumps and roots, raked up chips, and filled with topsoil. The side area he ground the whole area to remove stumps, small brush, and vines. Scooped up chips and took away. He filled in trench with 10 yds of sand and covered area with 20 yards of topsoil. Very meticulous on making grade right and making a smooth transition between mine and neighbors property. Neighbor even commented what a good job he did. Left areas ready for grass seed. Turned out better than I ever expected. I highly recommend M&M

He quoted his minimum and I agreed. He included trimming a large hedge in the front and a number of low hanging tree branches. He also fixed a fence with several new panels for just the cost of materials because he said the labor was included in the original quote. Everything was done well. The yard looks great. I highly recommend this company.
