Took a Marantz SACD player in for service as it was having trouble reading discs on March 27, 2024…read more Max (the owner) said it should take 3 or 4 weeks. No problem. Six weeks later, I call and am told that it would be 2 more weeks. Three more weeks later, I call and strongly request that they check the player. The associate agreed to have it looked at ASAP and I was called back an hour later with news that the unit had been cleaned and "repaired." I get it home and plug it in. Same problem, and it only took nine weeks for it not to be repaired. Avoid the Turntable Store repair services completely.
