Hmmm already left one but ended up here and was kinda shocked there were bad reviews, lol. Shopped here for YEARS & YEARS never had an issue and I find the staff very helpful, knowledgeable, and friendly mostly. I have been there when they were swamped and they weren't dropping everything to help every single customer like the visits were by appointment. May take a bit longer to get help but I've always been helped and treated with respect. Plus, then being bombarded like it's rush hour can be a win win really. More time to check out all the cool things they have and it's ALOT and I always spend more than I had planned on before arriving. 7 South shop is the main shop we go to and..well no offense to the actual Vape Stores or whatever the mainstream headshops like in the HS Mall have with body jewelry and etc. the staff at Wonderland either DO know alot more about the stuff they sell or the stores I mentioned above know nothing or are just like 99.9% of this economy lol, $$$. The only thing I haven't purchased from Wonderland is like a floor tile or a member of the staff which obviously aren't up for sale that I am aware of. I learhed about vaping online and purchased my first mod at Wonderland when I was told it would be a costly mistake lol. I bought ONE vape mod and RDA at a Vapor Store (no names idk if it's ok or not) and learned QUICK just bc the people running the shop were vaping as I was there, I was ogled and asked if I needed help about 6x in a 20min period. Selection was poor for a VAPE SHOP, ejuices were not broad for all peoples preferences but kinda all geared to fruity and menthol flavors. Finally found a Smoant but was told I had to buy the whole kit, most places I've been sell the kit, the mod, so on...and I use an RDA and wick and pick my own coils so I did not want a sub-ohm tank but I'm a sucker and was talked into buying the kit AND the Drop Dead RDA. Mind you the kit wasn't boxed up so I asked to simply change the Drip tip to the RDA but NO AGAINST POLICY. Left guilty, in trouble with my husband for spending over $200 and he shakes his head and says "if ya wouldve waited until tomorrow ya coulda gotten what you wanted to WONDERLAND lol. I knew more about Sub-ohms and RDAs and etc than the dude vaping a flashy SMOK mod
So now ,if I cant buy online I drive the almost 50 miles to Wonderland because they are awesome people, know what they're talking about and if they're not sure then I guarantee someone who does will take over, I know from experience. Had a Dimebag ordered in a specific color especially for me for my bday once I swear! There's no feeling of "I'm on the spot" there, I understand standing by to keep shoplifting harder but many times we'll wanna check the body jewelry or ejuices or tobacco pipes and the clerk walks away, I'm sure there's always eyes watching but it's very uncomfortable having someone of a somewhat authoritative figure almost touching you making sure ya don't try any bullshit. My husband bought a rather low end vape mod when he 1st started like 5 or 6 yrs ago and it was just shitty from the factory. He went to return it and the clerk apologized and traded him our first Sigelei which still works and shocked us both. The Smoant I paid over $200 for wasn't shaped perfectly for setting on a table or whatever, great in hand though, and it fell off my desk the 3rd day and shattered one side of the mod where all the info is displayed and cracked the backside in 4 places. Called bc I paid for a warranty but was denied bc it was the USER'S FAULT... Awesome. Me and my husband tapered our ears from start to finish (?) only using Wonderland's jewelry, got a tattoo there, clothes, literally everything but shit that's not for sale. Love this place, will shop here until it or I are gone, who ever comes first. (Sorry lol, hate bad reviews when it's a place that deserves more praise than 99.9% of the shops selling vaping stuff, jewelry, and no one can make or sell more beautiful pieces of glass art than Wonderland. 2 , the best in central ar by far. read more
