I didn't know this place exist if it wasn't for Yelp or Groupon. Wanted to relax and tried a new place out. This place only accepts appointments and if you have a Groupon deal, definitely mention it. My appointment was for 10AM and right now they have construction out front so it was hard to tell where it was located thank goodness, I read on Yelp that it was in a strip mall. It's clean and looks like the owner and wife works here. They barely speak English but as long as you tell them who you are and they should have you down. They started right away. I had the guy name William and he showed me into a room. This is one of those places where they want you to strip down to your under garments. I'm not really too comfortable and it helps that there a sheer blanket and towel to cover you up and you will face down first 45 mins and the last 15 mins facing up with a bigger blanket. The Groupon I had was just ONE hour massage. So when he started it was weird like he just went for it and I just wanted to tell him my concern cause I have tensions in my neck, shoulders and upper back. But he just pressed my spine and went down and the whole time it was DRY HANDS. It was not a typical massage I'm used to. He barely massage but more pressure points all over the body. I couldn't stand the dry hands against my back and skin. Finally I heard him got lotion and it was COLD and massage that on my back. After that, it was a VERY HOT TOWEL on my back. This is like a rollar coaster ride, couldn't tell what's going to help next. When I finally faced upward, he untied my hair and started massaging my forehead, ear and then my scalp. Ummm, not really a fan of that... felt like it was scratching my head. and then massage the limbs and when he was done he would lift my left and drop 3 times. I was so glad it was over. I'm not sure this massage is for me. I did tip them after the massage. They gave me a tiny cup of water to drink so I can get rid of toxins after the massage. Then the lady walked out from another room and asked if i tipped before I reach the door out of there, I was like yes. Her husband looked at her and she apologized. I felt like I shouldn't be asked to tipped. Felt very odd now. If you don't care and want to try a massage that is different this is a place for you. Love this place! My boyfriend and I have gone 3 times and I've gone twice with my mother. The lights are dimmed, they have relaxing music and sounds playing throughout the place, and it is so, so clean! I have seen people complain about the therapists not knowing English, but they try to communicate and I understood what they were trying to say just fine.The language barrier should never affect the rating they deserve. They do ask for you to take off your bra,shirt, leggings, pants, but I've gone with running shorts and they don't ask me to take the shorts off. They cover you with a sheet the entire time and only uncover what they are about to massage. The massages are different techniques, but I love them. They really massage you from head to toes (yes they massage your toes too!). I recommend booking through their website, you can pick which massage you prefer and you can write a short description on how you would like your massage. Ordered a 90 min massage off Groupon. I show up and the place if very clean and nice. The people don't speak English, but that wasn't a problem. They did call their daughter on the phone to talk to me and translate. The massage itself wasn't great. The man didn't use lotion or oil, but instead his dry hands. The pressure was so deep it squeezed tears out of my eye ducts. He also massage inside of my ears and my arm pits which was a bit odd. He didn't focus on the muscles that were sore or my pain points, but rather just pushed very hard all over my back. 75 minutes was spent laying on my stomach and 15 was on my back. Let's be honest, it looks like a strip mall massage parlor, so if you're anything like me you're a little worried what you're getting into (I admitted it to the owner!) This place is nothing like you'd think from the outside. Do not judge it by its cover. This place is so different. From the little details, like the screen in the waiting area, to allow from the distractions of people walking in and out while you mentally relax. Oh, and those walk in places that don't really give you paperwork like a spa does, and they don't really even care your name (honestly, a good massage whenever I need it is what I've tended to go fo, and I've liked them too, so I don't get on those parlors) but the paperwork makes you feel not like a number but more like a spa, more professional... Then you go for your massage and it it doesn't feel shady at all. They've even partitioned off the reflexology areas so you can truly relax. No longer are you in a giant room with strangers as you have drool rolling down your chin because you fell asleep from the awesomeness. But what I really loved was the massage. It was the best I can remember having. I was greeted by super cute flowers on the bed to show how clean and the little details That added personal charm, but omg the massage. I got a shiatsu from Will, and do it. 90 minutes of pure bliss. I can move my back and have been relieved of the permanent pressure I deal with regularly. The oil and stones too. Heaven.... and then the head massage. Can I tell you. That was an experience from another world. Seriously go there. It's cozy and it's not a spa, but honestly the massage and service here are better than any super high end spa I've ever been to. You will not regret it! read more

This is USA and we speak English. She kept talking to me in some far east language. I finally had to ask her to speak English. The back strokes were short strokes and NASCAR drivers drive slower than she did up and down my back. She was so fast, there is no way she could tell where the "hot" spots were to spend a little extra time to work out knots and kinks. She kept hitting my head with her hands and hot stones. I came home with a whopping headache from her hands banging against my head. She did a decent job on my arms, but little work on my hands. Legs were Speedy Racer and not relaxing at all. Didn't even touch my feet. Not much time on the face--mainly eyebrows. No jaw. No cheek/chin. She did do a good job on the ears and appropriate amount of time on my head/scalp. She went to my knees, grabbed them a few times, rough handling my legs during this time, and then abruptly said "massage over". The massage was so bad, I was very tempted to get up and leave after just a few minutes. The looped music and sounds of water runner hiccuped about every 8 min. or so and was very disruptive. This was probably the weirdest and worst "massage" I have ever had. I purchased the massage through Groupon and it was supposed to be a deep tissue massage with hot rocks. She did work a few muscles, however a lot of time was spent pushing on my spine, not muscles, and scratching my back with some weird tool. Once she had me turn over, she worked the front side for about 15-20 minutes with a head and ear massage taking up about 10 minutes. The head massage was her scratching my head in a repeated unpleasant manner and rotating her hands to stick her fingers in my ears. My head was covered in oil and had tangles and I had to go to work with oily hair. She finished the massage by grabbing both of my feet and yanking them up, three times, and then said "you done." Several times throughout the massage I questioned her credibility to be performing a professional massage due to her poor technique, excessive use of oil, pushing on my spine, and inability to consistently and effectively do her job in a quiet relaxing manner. She was very rough at times and would jerk or make quick movements which did not promote relaxation but kept me on edge wondering what would be her next move. A few times I thought about getting up and leaving but as I am on a budget and spent money I didn't want to waste it, so I kept telling myself it wasn't that bad, and that was a mistake, I should have left. I never write reviews like this, but I honestly believe she has no official training and shouldn't be allowed to work on anyone else without learning proper techniques. read more

I purchased a 90 min deep tissue massage from Groupon after reading the reviews. The reviews were mixed so I decided to give it a shot. I had the man who didn't speak English-which is fine, I wasn't there to talk anyhow and I told the receptionist my preferences when I booked the appointment. The 'massage' was terrible. It was basically him rubbing his dry hands up and down my back for almost an hour. Eventually he put FREEZING oil on my back and legs then wiped it off with a hot towel. None of my muscles were actually massaged, let alone deeply massaged. There is no possible way that this person is a licensed massage therapist. read more

I am not sure how this place is getting good reviews!! The sheet (I use this term loosley) was so thin and small it didn't cover my body & you could see thru it. When I asked a question they made a phone call and handed me a cell phone so I could speak to someone that spoke some english. I had to stop the massage and of course speak to someone on the cell phone to ask if they actually did skin to skin massaging or if the massage was going to continue with rubbing the scratchy sheet across my body!! I was told I needed to request that up front because "most people don't like to be touched when they get massaged" WTF?? I have had many massages and have NEVER had an experience quite like this!! This place is fantastic. I have been 3 times and I would highly recommend it. They offer a variety of services. I love the foot massage, it is so much more then just a foot massage.
