this office and staff is absolutely outstanding, i've always had issues with previous obgyns and this is my 2nd time coming here and i will forever come back. lyric is super nice and so welcoming and makes me feel comfortable coming in. Tara is such a good OB, she doesn't make you feel uncomfortable or judged and is just overall a lovely doctor. i 100% recommend coming to this office if you have very bad social anxiety or previous bad experiences with any doctor. they make me feel so welcomed and they are very open!!! read more

Literally left half an organ in me "on accident" I had a hysterectomy and it wasn't until I was in a car accident and started bleeding that it was discovered that I had been bleeding for years but do to scar tissue I wasn't able to bleed. I now need another hysterectomy because this "doctor" didn't do the surgery right. I also got a blood clot in my lung during surgery so I now need to risk my life again because he's clueless. read more

I went in post op and told dr bell that I was in a lot of pain and she wouldn't even look at me. She was rocking back in forth, slaunched down in her chair and when I asked her what was wrong she said she couldn't look at me because she didn't want to influence me!?!? there are some doctors that are good. but for the most part they are rude and dismissiv. if you have endometriosis DO NOT GO HERE! they act like your crazy and a drug addict because your in constant pain. on dr I believe dr Robinson told me I was a drug addict because I was in pain from a ruptured cyst. she had the nerve to tell me ruptured cyst don't hurt. she was dismissive, rude, arrogant, and just all around not a good doctor. if you have endo I suggest someone else. If I could write -50 I would , if you choose reviews and hit lowest you'll see another review similar to mine about how money hungry this establishment is. Have been a patient for a few years now and I have never experienced something like this before. Went in for a routine visit and got a ROUTINE std test that's covers my insurance 100% seeing as it's preventative care and they billed me for almost $1000. Just ridiculous I'm not sure how someone would even feel ok with charging their patient that much for preventative care !!! They blame it on the labs which is also covered over my insurance as preventative ... makes no sense. No one of their staff can respond back to me about billing but don't miss the opportunity to remind me of my almost 1k bill. I called 2 days straight from 8am to 2pm no response. Called multiple times after no one's ever avaible and apparently they are virtual very convenient. Being billed under a provider I didn't even see. Everyone blames another department instead of trying to resolve their patient's issues. If they want any money they would do their self a job and bill under preventative so insurance covers. They won't get 1 red cent out of me. Doctors can fully choose what to write off and what to bill but they will of course choose the option that gives them the most. Dr.Zaidan who I've never met and has never done a service on me. I've worked in insurance and billing for years and this is simply insane. I will let everyone know about my experience at this practice. Also how do you have a manger that cannot speak to anything nor can do anything ? Asked a manager for an itemized receipt over the phone and she stated she couldn't do that only billing. Went in person and all of a sudden her fingers could work and print an itemized receipt. No empathy, no solutions just a blank stare. Told her I called billing repeatedly "a million times "for days and left voicemails. Which she responded "a million times " snidely and proceeded to call twice just for them not to answer. LOL point proven. Useless and tacky. read more

This has to be the worst office I've ever experienced. They are very unprofessional and rude. For one appointment that I went into, the nurse practitioner didn't even come in as she was scheduled to. Instead, a student in practice came in alone with no supervision. Today, I was scheduled for an ultrasound and I was a few minutes late. She then proceeded to tell me she cannot take me and I have to reschedule, although she wasn't with anyone at the moment and didn't have anyone after me, which gave me reason to believe she just didn't want to take me. Not to mention, they never took their time with my appointments--no more than 10 minutes and a few pointless questions, and I was sent to leave. read more

When I arrive to the office within the grace period time of 3:35 they let me know she has already left and "leaves after 5 mins of waiting" what kind of service is this? dr bell is horrible! I have never met a doctor that tries to kill you intentionally before and she has tried multiple times.! I am not allowed to have certain meds and I have told her multiple times and she still tries to give them to me every time. she is the rudest dr and the most un caring. she should not be a doctor. she needs to be fired. this is not the only time she has done this. NEVER SEE DR. bell! everyone else in the dr office is really nice and actually listens to you! its a great place to go just dont see that doctor and you will do fine! read more

LISTEN TO NEGATIVE REVIEWS OTHERS HAVE LEFT is a summary of what I have to say for Women's Excellence. Excellence in what? Not listening to patients needs or anything they say at all? Excellence in kicking you out the door as fast as possible and then not responding to phone calls, questions, or through the portal when you need something important like medication or reactions to medications? That's what they're excellent at. Their previous Clarkston location isn't bad as the Royal Oak location but after going to the Royal Oak location I've decided to never go here again. They only care about getting you in the door and then not caring about anything you say. Also, their automatic replies to reviews acting like they care are just as disingenuous as their staff act. Over the years I've been increasingly frustrating with my path of care here and have had it. The NP's I've had made it clear to me that they don't give a s*** what I have to say when I'm having serious issues and try to push medications on me that I know I'm allergic to. What the f**k? On top of that, they incorrectly bill me every time which then goes to debt collections for a covered service and whenever my primary care doctor and insurance try to contact them THEY DON'T ANSWER OR RESPOND THEN DENY IT. I would never recommend this place to anyone and it really sucks because Zaidan is the only one I liked here but you'll never get to see or interact with him. Only his NP's who lack care or consideration. Find a better OBGYN somewhere else if you care about getting good or even acceptable care. read more

Dr. Zaidan and his staff are nothing short of incredible. I came to Dr. Zaidan after suffering from severe pelvic pain due to what i believed was endometriosis for several years. My previous doctors had stopped listening to me and did not take my concerns seriously. Going to Dr. Zaidan was truly a cry for help. he was very quick to come up with a treatment plan for me. His bedside manners are the best I've ever seen from a surgeon. He listens to every concern and I could not be more thankful for Dr. Zaidan and his staff. They truly care about you. I had been seeing a doctor here who told me I needed to be seen every two years to maintain my birth control prescription (which I have been on for over 20 years). This doctor left the practice and I was not made aware of this. Nor was I made aware that since the doctor left, they were stopping my birth control script. I went to pick up my prescription before going out of town and was notified that I wasn't allowed to refill it. I called the office and asked for a refill as I was leaving that day to attend an out-of-state surgery with my husband. The original person I spoke to on the phone said she would take care of it. Hours passed and the prescription still wasn't filled and I called back and was told a completely opposite message; they would not fill it without seeing me even though I was (a) leaving town in an emergency and (b) had zero health concerns related to this, or any medication or GYN health issues. I knew I was going to develop an issue yet no one wanted to help me. Therefore, after 20 years, I was left with a gap in my reproductive cycle. I developed horrible cramps and bleeding for over two weeks. Their refusal to help has left me with a health crisis. Thankfully I have a great PCP doctor who is left picking up the pieces of this mess. This was negligent, rude, and compromised my health. I absolutely do not recommend using this practice! read more

Worse office to go to!! Dr. Myah bell is very un professional and very rude. She kicked my husband and I out the office. she lied to me took me to a room told me she had to do a physical we go in the room only too interrogate me about a phone call that my husband took while we were waiting to be seen. I've been going to women's excellence since i was 14 years old I'm now 26 for starters, when i was seeing Dr. Zaidan with my first child everything ran smoothly but when i started having cyst some lady at the royal oak office was rude i was a few minutes behind and she literally would not check me in i had to tell her to tell the doctor i was seeing to tell me he couldn't see me but he did end up seeing me, throughout my entire experience with my cyst they weren't giving me the notion that they cared at all, not to mention that out the blue i was billed in 2022 for an appointment that was back in 2018 because somehow the insurance took the money back and they are saying the insurance have me listed as a caucasian male and not an african-American female but the insurance company is saying otherwise so they expect me to pay a 1000 balance and won't even properly communicate with me or the insurance company and we can get it fixed not to mention Dana the billing lady is extremely rude. I'm now pregnant with my third child almost 5 months and i haven't been seen since February of this yea. and now they refuse to see me even though i was paying every time i went to an appointment i was given the run around about being able to pay as my appointments go then being told that i had to pay half of the balance to put it on a payment plan after that being told i had to pay it in full and come to find out that now 2 years later they " had debt " was never in my portal she manually put it in here. I had to say i would change providers and contact my lawyer for being denied care. Honestly don't recommend unless you are exclusively seeing certain providers read more

Dr. Jonathan Zaidan cured my severe, chronic pelvic pain! I had a unique problem as a result of endometriosis, and he went very much above and beyond to research possibilities and treat the problem with surgery. Other doctors were unwilling and unable to help. Because Dr. Zaidan listened to and believed me, I am pain-free and have my life back after three years of suffering. You might find yourself waiting a while for appointments on occasion. This is because Dr. Zaidan takes the time to listen to his patients and address each question and concern without rushing them. He genuinely cares deeply about his patients, and it's obvious in every single interaction. I would recommend this practice to anyone, and endometriosis sufferers in particular. All staff is kind, professional, and efficient. I couldn't be happier with Women's Excellence, and will be a patient for life. read more

Unfortunately the centralized phone system is not working for these offices. You are unable to directly call any of them which is borderline ridiculous especially in a medical emergency when you want to speak to your doctor. When I discussed this with the manager at the royal oak location she was incredibly kind and aware that the current communications were not working. She was very professional and seems to be an excellent leader for the office, I hope they can fix this problem and get a receptionist for each office with a centralized scheduling calendar for the offices instead. However, when you do get in, although the care may not be the most personal everyone is kind and always willing to help quickly and as best they can. read more

Would not recommend this facility to my worst enemy! First and foremost if this is your first child they will entirely ruin the experience for you in more ways than one. Example: from the beginning to the end of my pregnancy the monitor, in which you can see your bs y during your ultrasound, BROKE! So in order to see my child I was rescheduled at another office 30 minutes away because their screen remained inoperable. The lobby always feels like a cattle call. They aren't personable at the front desk and even during COVID-19 the lobby was always full of people, more than 10 on several occasions. Nothing is ever explained well and questions are not answered so that you understand. Far too often I was told, "oh that won't happen..." oh and IT DID! Every appointment I was asked for my "blue card" and no matter how many people I told that I never got one, all of them were too lazy to give me one until I was 37 weeks...which at that point it was completely pointless. During my birth Christina, one of the midwives was there and absolutely the worst possible part of my entire labor. I'm glad that I throughly educated myself on things prior to giving birth because she was a TERRIBLE midwife to have during the process. My labor was roughly 11 hours before she gave me the worse possible medical advice I've ever received. I instructed throughout my entire pregnancy that I wanted a completely unmedicated natural birth. She kept pushing and pushing drugs. I wasn't even displaying that I was in any extreme pain. Finally after 12 hours she advised that the ONLY option I had at this point was drugs! The drugs she advised I asked THREE times and three different ways "How is that a good option given the circumstance?" Her only response was "oh it won't happen like that". I took the drugs and 2 contractions in my baby's heart rate dropped from 133 to 54 and I was rushed into a emergency c-section! WHY?! because literally what I asked Christina and she advised wouldn't happen HAPPENED! The drugs she advised almost killed me and my child! If it wasn't for the resident physician on staff at the time being VERY quick on his feet, who knows what would have happened! Please stay FAR FAR FAR away from this place! They are in the business of taking on as many patients as possible and not giving a damn about your health or child's health in the process! read more

Awful experience! They ran way more tests than were discussed during my appointment and it came to my surprise when I received the bill. When I called to ask about the tests that they ran, they didn't get back to me! There's no direct line to reach anyone at this location. I have been trying to get a hold of someone for MONTHS via phone for an explanation on the tests that they ran and no answer. Whenever I do get a hold of someone via their online portal, they say they'll get back to me, but never do. Incredibly disappointing experience and would not recommend. read more

This office has been a life saver for me. I have gone many years dealing with pain and being told that it was "normal" or that it was just something I would just have to deal with. This is the first office that actually listened and told me that I didn't have to live the way I had been living. The staff is friendly and Dr Zaidan is a very compassionate doctor. He genuinely makes you feel like you are important and will do whatever he can to help. He is very personable and is super easy to talk to. He helped me discover a couple of things going on with me that other doctors didn't even think to check. This is the only office that didn't just brush me off or make me feel like I am crazy for seeking help for the issues I had going on. They just recently switched locations so the parking is also much much better than the previous location. You will never forget an appointment because they definitely have plenty of reminders. read more

0/10 recommend Dr. Nickole Bazger if you care about having a reliable doctor. Dr. Bazger ABANDONED her practice December 2020 for over a month. I had been seeing her for 6 months because she was a NaPro doctor who dealt with patients who did Creighton charting and I am trying to get pregnant. At all my appts she had been very rushed with me, didn't allow me time to fully ask questions. She has a very offputting bedside manner, does not allow time for questions, she was rude when I asked clarifying questions, she makes minimal eye contact. She left the practice without any notice in December 2020. Per the office staff she was very rude and they had no idea where she went or why she left, they said she was "off and upset." They called me and said she was coming back, I then had two consecutive appts cancelled on me because she didn't come back. I ended up seeing a new out of state NaPro doctor who said she has done this in the past. Her reviews also indicate that she has done this many times over the years. Fertility and pregnant patients need to be able to count on seeing and contacting their doctor, Dr. Bazger does not provide this reliability for her patients. read more

I called and left a message (again with my phone number) explaining I never heard from them. They still did not call back. I went to this practice for a routine annual visit. Super friendly staff including front desk, techs and doctors. But, they are test pushers and it's blatant. They have investment in equipment on site for most testing. I wrote a comment about this in the patient portal and no response. Be wary. Initial appointment was ok, however i was dealing with a nurse practitioner that happened to be retiring that day, so my next appointment I another nurse practitioner, made appointments for IUD and genetics testing, i had to wait two months for that appointment, understandable, all of that week I kept getting automated notifications to confirm my appointment, "can't wait to see" "your appointment is at this time" "on this date". Emails, text messages confirming everything, finally day of appointment I go in, doctors not even there and not planing on coming in. No other person in the office can help, they don't know what to do. Two months I waited for this appointment. Not one phone call letting me know that my appointment has to be canceled. I've never been disappointed with Women's Excellence. Each appointment the staff is pleasant and there is never a wait time. I'm always in and out of my appointment with exceptionalities treatment. The nurse practitioner and doctor present me with all my options and know the best course of action. Specifically, this past weekend when I forgot my birth control prescription, they helped me tremendously. They were able to sent a prescription to a pharmacy near me (in a different state). It took them less than two hours during the holiday season. This not only showed me how grateful I am for Women's Excellence but also how much they care about their patients. read more
