He got me on a great plan and I'm now over 9 weeks in. The office staff has been really helpful as well with making my reservations. There's never really a line they're pretty quick with what they do. This office is a little bit away from my house but it's worth the drive because of the care I receive here. The difference in my body is amazing and I'm getting back a lot of the balance that I had lost over the years. I work with David a few times and the different techs there. All of them are really knowledgeable and have a good understanding of how to help. The exercises can be a bit much at times but it's exactly what I need. To see myself go from having a hard time balancing on one foot for 10 seconds, all the way to having an easy time making it to 30. I'm forever grateful.

Check-in was quick and easy and I was in to see Whitney before long. She was really kind and helpful with all of my questions and concerns and made me feel totally at ease. When I had a follow-up question the next day, I called and spoke to triage nurse, Kelly, and once again I got the friendliest service. When dealing with health issues, that kind of kindness goes a long way. This Women's Care is closer to my house than the one I typically visit, so I may be changing over to this office after this great visit. 10/10

I feel that any pregnant woman considering this office for their care should read this review first. I am a high-risk patient. This is my first pregnancy at the age of 37. I came to this office specifically for my 12-week NIPT and ultrasound. What other reviews say about the billing department? 100% true. The policy is you to pay all fees up front -- not just for the current visit, but for future visits as well. We're talking several hundred dollars out-of-pocket, even with insurance. And no -- this does not include lab work or ultrasounds. Those charges are separate. This is just for the office visits and physician fees. No matter how far along you are, you pay upfront for all the future visits up until your delivery date. However, it is my understanding that this may just be common practice for ob/gyn's. The most egregious and frankly inexcusable part of my experience is this: after multiple rounds of back-and-forth with their billing department to get clarity on the "mandatory" financial agreement they force you to sign before being seen -- I finally signed. I agreed to their terms so I could move forward with the NIPT and ultrasound. I was seen in the office, had my blood drawn, etc. Two weeks went by. Nothing. At 14 weeks pregnant -- already anxious and desperately hoping for reassurance about my baby's genetic health -- I finally called them for an update. Do you know what they told me? They NEVER submitted my bloodwork for the NIPT. Let me repeat that: they confirmed that I had signed all the proper consent forms. They acknowledged that there were records showing I requested the test. They confirmed I had my blood drawn -- for other labs -- but somehow the NIPT was never ordered. The entire reason for my appointment was completely disregarded. Two weeks of waiting in the dark, thinking everything was in motion -- and they did nothing. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't have even known. Someone explain to me: how does this happen? How does a medical office -- one responsible for the care of pregnant women, many of whom are vulnerable and high-risk -- allow something this serious to fall through the cracks? This is more than just disorganization. This is gross incompetence. If you're considering this office: proceed with extreme caution. I can't say who exactly is to blame -- but clearly, the system they have in place is broken. And no one is being held accountable for that breakdown. The lack of professionalism is absolutely appalling. I wasn't spoken to by a manager, and further, the front staff treated me like an inconvenience. Who is running this show? This isn't just a bad experience -- it's a complete failure of care.

There was a lot of information, so naturally there were many questions and some confusion. However, everyone was very patient, willing to answer questions, and always kind and supportive.

Review of Jose Sarriera, MD - Orlando Health Cancer Institute…read more I am extremely disappointed and disturbed by my experience with Jose Sarriera, MD. I want to specifically identify the physician involved because my concerns are about my personal interaction with Dr. Sarriera and should not reflect on other physicians or staff members who were not involved. I attended an oncology appointment with someone I love who is battling multiple myeloma. I came prepared with legitimate questions about her treatment, progress, and future care. Instead of having a respectful conversation, I experienced Dr. Sarriera as dismissive, condescending, antagonistic, and lacking the compassion that I believe should be fundamental when dealing with cancer patients and their families. While I was asking questions, Dr. Sarriera became visibly irritated, threw his hands up while speaking, and communicated with me in a manner I found extremely disrespectful. I specifically asked him not to speak to me that way. What happened next was even more concerning. During this interaction, he told the patient that she could essentially receive treatment somewhere else. In my opinion, that is an unacceptable thing to say to a cancer patient in the middle of a disagreement involving questions about her medical care. Patients and their loved ones should be able to ask questions without feeling that doing so could threaten their relationship with their treatment team. When I recognized that I was becoming angry with the way I was being treated, I made the decision to remove myself from the situation and leave the room. Rather than allowing me to simply walk away, Dr. Sarriera stood up, opened the door, and made a remark about helping me leave. I experienced his behavior as sarcastic and deliberately antagonistic at a moment when I was actively trying to de-escalate the situation. What disturbed me most was the overall attitude I experienced. I walked away feeling as though questioning him was viewed as a challenge to his authority rather than a normal part of advocating for someone you love. No physician's credentials or position should place them above treating patients and their families with basic dignity and respect. Medical knowledge is obviously essential in oncology, but so are compassion, patience, humility, communication, and professionalism. Cancer patients and their families are already dealing with fear, uncertainty, and tremendous emotional stress. They deserve an environment where they can ask difficult questions, seek clarification, and advocate for themselves without being belittled, antagonized, or made to feel unwelcome. I have formally reported this interaction to management because I believe what occurred deserves to be reviewed. This review represents my personal experience and observations during my interaction with Jose Sarriera, MD. Based on that experience, I cannot recommend him.

The medical assistant Crystal knew it was my first time. She was very caring and helped me to understand and explained what was going to happen. I got dressed and waited for Dr. Cheryl Chris Day to come in. (I've realized that everyone calls her Chris) she came in the room with a very warm and welcoming smile! Explained everything again as well! It was uncomfortable being on that table but she and the medical assistant made it go by very quick and smoothly. I was done in under 20 minutes and I had all my questions answered! This office will remain my OBGYN office until they no longer accept my insurance! Oh and btw, they do accept insurance as a form of payment (but no Medicaid or Medicare!) however, do call to set an appointment and to double check if your insurance is accepted here :)

Jessica has a cautious approach to treating her patients but I can see this is only because she has her patients best interests in mind. I feel like she is very honest, straight forth, and direct, and this is actually the way I preferred to be treated as a patient. Jessica was very respectful of my thoughts and feelings, and she took the time to understand my point of view as well. I will definitely be returning to see Jessica again for my future care. The staff at Jessica's office were extremely very kind and caring.
