Stay away if you value timely care…read more We spent 7 months attempting to get a second appointment. The insurance redirect the referral back to this same place because they have like 3 different business names. We also had to get the referral renewed 4x because it kept expiring before getting a call back or appointment. She said the call center isn't even in the US and to come in to schedule, but then she wouldn't schedule the appointment then because the referral had expired. I went to look on my family member's referrals at home and there was an active referral until Sept 2026. I've made a complaint with the insurance company, showed them the various business and provider names to ensure we are sent back to this place.
