Ein Versuch, telefonisch zu stornieren, wurde nicht akzeptiert. Für mich war das weder verlässlich noch kundenorientiert. Über diesen Vorfall habe ich eine sachliche Rezension bei Google geschrieben - mit den exakten Fakten: Bestellzeit, Lieferdauer, Stornierungsversuch. Diese Rezension wurde am 28.08.2025 durch Google mit der Begründung 'Diffamierung' entfernt. Das, obwohl mein Text keine Schmähungen oder Beleidigungen enthielt, sondern eine reine Tatsachenschilderung war. Wenn eine nachweisbare Erfahrung als Diffamierung eingestuft wird, stellt sich für mich die Frage: Werden hier kritische, negative Erfahrungen grundsätzlich ausgeblendet? Für mich zeigt sich dadurch nicht nur eine mangelhafte Lieferleistung, sondern auch ein fragwürdiger Umgang mit öffentlicher Kritik. Aus diesen Gründen kann ich Safran Berlin weder weiterempfehlen noch positiv bewerten.

When the delivery man finally arrived he stood there waiting for his tip and wouldn't leave. Why he thought that he deserved it is beyond me. Unwrapped the food and.... Ice cold. Schmecken einfach nicht gut. 90% Aufschlag. Kann mir keiner erzählen. Inflation hin oder her. Zudem darf man auch nicht vergessen, was das mittlerweile für eine Drecksgegend geworden ist. Mich wundert es nicht, dass die Leute dort nicht mehr sitzen bei den Preisen. Da gehe ich lieber zu Toastbrothers. Die haben von dem Gericht wenigstens Ahnung und bereiten es wirklich sehr köstlich zu. Da sind sogar richtig leckere hausgemachte Soßen beim Gericht mit dabei. Tee ist dort kostenlos und der Chef ist immer vor Ort. Der Laden war zu seiner Zeit früher brechend voll. Verdient. Aber so? Das war das letzte Mal.

Love that the cups are compostable and the lids are recyclable. Glad they offer to-go during the pandemic. I have gotten taken out, delivery and eaten in this restaurant. The staff are very friendly. The…read moreprices are fantastic. I recommend the peanut sauce tofu, very flavorful with many vegetables. We have also ordered the sushi many times. The fish is always fresh. And while the rice has been inconsistent, for the price we are quite pleased. This is a great everyday place.
