I was looking for a place that I could take two of my older collector cars that had radio problems…read more A lot of shops did not want to deal with radios from the 60's and 80's. I found Shaun very pleasant to work with and knowledgeable on all aspects of radios. One car had an after market radio that I wanted to replace with an OEM radio. Shaun was able to figure out the original wiring and install the radio. The other car had a radio that was cutting out and diagnosed the problem and fixed the radio. I would recommend his shop to anyone without reservation. Dennis M.

Long story short- they gave me a full detailed estimate for everything- detailing all parts and labor. Once the car was in, they updated my progress throughout the day (with pics!) and they completed all the work in one (long) day. Final price was almost the exact estimate, plus a fuel cleaner, extra fluid and a small 'shop supplies' percentage. Upon driving the car out, I could feel immediate improvement and even picked up improved gas mileage (noticed on a 350 mile drive the next day- finished with just under a 1/4 tank remaining). It's literally has no more low-rpm vibration/rough idle and is smooth across the full rev range. I waited 50K to perform this service and will definitely be back every 30K from here on out. Money well spent if you love your Subaru.

By far one of the worst business experiences of my life. Andy, Andrew Barr, (Wrench and Roll -…read more412.218.7418 - number shows up as Stephen Bice) came to my house to repair an AC compressor. I found him online and he was local and had good reviews which I now confidently doubt are even real. He did arrive when I first called with another man and said he would be back and could fix my car. I gave him a $500 deposit. he came back to my house several times at all hours of the night unannounced. The third time he showed up at 10:30 at night and passed out in his van (expired inspection on his van too) and was unresponsive so I called 911 because I thought he may have overdosed. His vehicle was running with doors and hatch open and radio on. I even fed him because he looked sick. The police, with a drug dog, did let him go after an hour or so. The next day I noticed my keys were gone and I called him and he said he took them and needed $550 more to return my keys and complete his work. He was rude and hostile on the phone and kept calling. He did come back in the middle of the night and work on the car again. He then stated that I didn't hire him to fix my car but only to replace parts. I paid him the rest of them money just to get him to leave. He also texted me at 12:30 at night and asked me if my young daughters were asleep. With in one week my car broke down again and the compressor he had replaced had seized and completely ruined my engine due to incorrect repair and the engine is now totaled.

I used to go to a big name company that seemed pretty expensive and I won't mention the name because I don't want to slander anyone if I'm wrong but went there fir many years, hot car inspected there for years and this past Fall a piece of my car fell down from underneath, an arm I think it's called, it and other areas on frame were rusted, I think they would have seen that if car was up for inspections over the years? If I'm wrong I'm sorry but thank Jesus it fell down as I was pulling out in front of my house instead of elsewhere especially on a hill. That could have been very dangerous.
