They had a young man come out and said they needed to fix the pole. They said they would fix it under the warranty. I have made several attempts to follow up with them and they have not responded to any of my phone calls nor have they returned any of my last two voice mails. Absolutely horrible communication from that point on. I was supposed to have my fence installed the 29th came home, no fence. I contacted Joe to ask what happened and the response I got was: "I do apologize for the delay. We have a few jobs taking longer than expected. We are off Monday and Tuesday of next week so I was thinking we can be there the week of the 10th? Let me know if this works, if not I will see what I can do"...remind you, this was sent the day AFTER the fence was to be installed. So now, to wait almost 2 more weeks, following an already 5 week wait. If I didn't need this fence installed ASAP, I would have went with another company (but others' current wait times are 2+ weeks). Definitely disappointed with the "Customer Service"... They could have at least offered a discount to compensate.

We've used England Fence twice in the past for our fencing needs and in both cases we found them to…read morebe incredibly good and very conscientious. Recently, however, we met with one of their representatives to discuss a scope of work for our next project and were given a date six weeks out for the estimator to visit and provide an estimate. On that date no one showed up and after calling England we were told they had no record of the appointment. We were then told the next available appointment for an estimate would be another four weeks. In our opinion this represents a complete lack of customer service and we can no longer recommend England Fence.
