I retained this firm in September 2025 to assist with a tenant matter, and as of April 21, 2026, the tenant is still occupying the property without paying rent. Given the length of time that has passed, this delay has been both financially and personally burdensome. Additionally, as of April 21, 2026, I have yet to receive any updates regarding what occurred during a court appearance in March. I have not been informed of upcoming court dates, nor have I received consistent communication from the office. Instead, I have had to repeatedly initiate contact myself just to obtain basic information about my case. The process server they utilized also took approximately four months to serve the tenant, causing significant delays. Even after service was finally completed in March, there has still been no clear communication regarding the status or progress of the case. To make matters worse, the process server reportedly left with keys to the building, which raises serious concerns regarding security and professionalism. I strongly encourage others to conduct thorough due diligence and not rely solely on online reviews.
