I have major dental issues, I have all my life, and I've seen…read moreprobably 8 or 9 different dentists because of my fear of them, the environment, and the work that has to be done. Coming to Stetson Dental Care, however, was the best thing I could have done. I decided to finally come here after some prodding from my parents to finally get some work done on my teeth. I'm not talking about just a filling or two, but major dental work over a number of weeks. After sitting down and having my financial options explained to me in the most easy to understand terms, I was told that they would do everything to make it as cost effective relative to my health and dental longevity as they could, and I'm completely under the impression that they're doing that, and then some. My biggest fear is the Novocaine, and pre-dental prep. Needles have never worked well with me, and with someone who has always had awful experiences, I can't believe I waited so long to come to this place. Dr. Khadivi is an amazingly skilled dentist, and his support nurses are just as great. He talked me through everything he was going to do, and proceeded in a way that nobody else had ever done before. My worries flew out the window, and when I came back the next week, any sign of my fear had gone completely out the window. A couple of my friends have asked why I've been feeling better about myself lately, and I can very positively, and absolutely say that it's because I've been going here to get dental care that I've so desperately needed, and recommend it wholeheartedly.

She was belligerent, rude, kept cutting me off and acted like I was bothering her. If you don't know the answers and can't be civil, find someone in the office who can. It reflects poorly on the business. I went elsewhere, and they scheduled me the next day and were welcoming upon arrival. They more than met expectations, as a business should that relies on customers!

I had a very negative experience with Dr. Feeney. I went in for a simple cavity fill and 6 months…read morelater with several post-op appointments and phone calls, I was still in a lot of pain and there was no solution. Dr. Feeney referred me for a root canal which I knew I did not need. I sought out a second opinion from another dentist who fixed my issue instantaneously with a re-filled cavity. At Advanced Dental I experienced poor dental care and a poor office experience and I would not recommend their practice.

After one big strike out at another practice, I came here and Dr. Park and her team took excellent care of me! She is so kind and gentle. I had some fillings done, and she is really quick and has a fun banter with her assistant which helps me not think about getting my teeth drilled. I also recently had a cleaning with Hayley, and she was great too- super friendly! She was patient with me and it was a pretty painless and stress free cleaning. I need a lot of dental work. During my visit I received more information about how to best take care of my teeth and the series of procedures I require to bring my teeth back to health. Everything (everything!) was explained in great detail. Not just what I need but exactly why and how. I'm not looking forward to the oral gauntlet I'm going to be travelling but I'm going in with the upmost confidence that the results will be well worth it and much appreciated. These folks are great. Most recently, they messed up on my out of pocket $1050 mouth guard and so I had to come back and get the scan done again, they messed that one up too and since they didn't want to pay for another Dr Burt basically forced it in my mouth, it hurt. I told him I couldn't really close my mouth with it in, something my last mouth guard did not do. He said "well then just sleep with your mouth open then" with an irritable tone, extremely inappropriate. It is always NOT healthy to sleep with your mouth open if you can help it. Of course it will fall open sometimes but it is not good for you mouth, already have a slight issue with dry mouth, something they knew about and I wake up every morning with a sore throat. And my jaw is now in even more pain, pain constantly and when eating, and obviously Dr Burt doesn't care. I wasted $1050 dollar out of pocket when I'm already struggling with finances. Now I will need to get a new one at another dentist office, which I can't afford. When I was a teenager he pressured me into a procedure he sprung on me, with severe anxiety as a teenager I wanted to schedule a time to come back when I had properly prepared myself for it but he pressured me into it anyways and at the time I hadn't learned I could push back. Im going to a new dentist who actually cares about their patients. It was also a nightmare to get my medical records sent to me, in the end I didn't even get them sent to me they stopped responding and then sent it to the dentist office directly. They couldn't tell me the dates of the X-rays.. Horrible place, they'll trick you into thinking they care by having their adorable service dogs walking around the office.

For someone who has had very bad experiences with other dental offices, I was very nervous and was…read moreafraid that this office will do the same as them. I wasted insurance money from other dentists because they couldn't fix my issue. After doing alot of research, I finally decided to call Allen Dental Braintree. Thanks to the front desk (Gina) who was very patient with me, explained and assured me that the dentists there can and will fix my issue. The dental hygienist Nicole also had a very friendly attitude and because of this, I felt less nervous. Other things I've noticed: I did feel my appt with the dentist was rushed. The place is roomy but there was some unpleasant smell in the waiting area. I got a sore throat a couple days later after the appt and I do think it was from this dentist office. I did not have any work done at this place so I cannot say about their work. But their referral specialist did fix my issue that had been bothering me for years. The whole team is thoughtful, GENTLE, consultative, and kind. Dr. Hasan is knowledgeable, smart, and has fantastic bedside manner. My husband and I have had great dental work done, and the hygienists have been fabulous. Rarely ever any discomfort or pain, and if I've called out that it's painful, they immediately do what they can to make sure I'm comfortable. Even recently, my 2 year old chipped his teeth and we got him in to Dr. Hasan pretty quickly. She eased our worry (the parents) with a calm and light hearted approach, to an easy-fix situation. She helped to keep my child comfortable while she filed down a sharp tooth, and he did not cry or show any signs of fear - she and her hygienist kept him happy and smiling the whole time.
